The service was excellent, there was no long wait for our meal, and the stromboli was the best I have ever had!

I have only been here twice, but both times had great customer service and food arrived quickly..will definitely be back!!

Ordered garlic cheese bread and had it delivered. Showed up cold and undercooked. Raising their prices along with having a high delivery fee, this is not worth it. Go someplace else. Visualizza piatti

Very rude and poor customer service. Delivery was almost 1 1/2 late and when told that upon delivery we were met with a very poor attitude and rudeness and 0 accountability. Very disappointed.

Yikes....I just spent $30 on a frozen convenience store pizza. The service for delivery was quick and efficient. The meal was enjoyed for lunch and cost $20-30 per person. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was only a 1 out of 5, while the service received a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere left much to be desired, also receiving a 1 out of 5.

The menu prices are outdated and despite bringing it to their attention, it has not been corrected. This is very misleading and not good for business. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as it has a step. The service is average, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The atmosphere is lacking, with a rating of 1 out of 5. My son insisted on stopping for a bite to eat (as usual) and we happened to be in New Concord, so we decided to give this restaurant a try. The manager exceeded all expectations and was truly exceptional. If you're looking for the perfect employee or worker of the year, he was it. He was incredibly kind and provided top-notch service. Even though we live in Cambridge, we will definitely be ordering from this place again.

In my opinion, Creno's Pizza has been consistently average in terms of their pizza, wings, stromboli, etc. However, the prices are a bit steep. I have tried their food from time to time in hopes of seeing an improvement in quality and pricing, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. In the past week, I ordered items for my family twice to give them another chance. The pizza and calzone crusts were both burnt and undercooked, while the wings were not crispy and had a strange texture. This forced me to bake them for longer to make them edible. It seems that the quality has decreased while the prices have remained high compared to other pizza places.

Ordered my food at 410 for delivery . Called at 510 to see where the delivery was and was told that it was out for delivery. Over 20 minutes later the food arrived. There was a storm that happened about 5-10 minutes prior to the arrival, When the delivery driver arrived I said that I was not happy and he started smarting off about the storm that just happened and that he “wasn’t dealing with this.” If the food had been delivered in a timely manner, the storm wouldn’t have been an issue. He then rudely asked if I wanted the tip back. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We order from there often and tonight was the last time I will order if that is how they allow the delivery driver... Visualizza piatti
