"We chose the crows nest because all their online promotion said the establishment was wheelchair accessible. When we got to the crows nest, we got a table, and I went to the restroom. As i opened the door to the restroom, I struggled to get my wheelchair between the door and the stalls. Then i was so disappointed to see the accessible stall was not big enough for my wheelchair to get into, none of the stalls were. So I went the manager and asked for an accessible restroom, he said this is the only one we have . This was very disappointing. Please update your restroom to Americans with disabilities standards."

The food was great! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly! The music needed to be turned down a lot for business on a Tuesday! We could hardly hear each other talk and it was hard rock to boot.

The food was fantastic! Best pork shank ever! The wings were excellent. Super ribs and definitely going back for the meatloaf. Our waitress, Tara took great care of us. We sat outside on one of the gliders and got to watch the Browns game. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. It was truly a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back.
