"We are riding our bicycles across the country and came upon this gem! Super delicious food and great options for plant-based eaters, like me! The craft beer was excellent. I especially loved the Peanut Butter Stout. Wow! Was that tasty! Montana was our bartender and he's the coolest kid ever! His mom, aunt, and uncle (aunt and uncle are the owners) were so friendly and interesting to talk to. Basically, everyone was awesome, the food was excellent, the beer was spectacular and the place was really nice. What a great find! I highly recommend Geneseo Brewing Company and if I'm ever in these parts again, I'll be back! Until then, cheers to all who go and say hi to Montana for me!"

"While in the area, I happened upon Sweet Peas through a Google search, and what a delightful discovery it turned out to be! The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. We kicked things off with a couple of appetizers, and I have to say, the Beer Battered Mozzarella Sticks could have easily been a meal on their own. Unlike the usual thin sticks you find at many places, these were thick and juicy! For my main course, I chose the Jalapeño Burger with a baked potato on the side, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff made us feel more than just customers; they welcomed us warmly, engaging in conversation and sharing stories. The only question we had when we left—aside from our full stomachs—was about the origin of the name "Sweet Peas." Perhaps we’ll find out on our next visit, and I can assure you there will definitely be a next time! Thank you, Sweet Peas! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!"

"4.5 stars. My steak tacos were excellent. The beans and rice were a little flat- maybe more seasoning would help? The horchata was less sweet than I’ve had before- might just be a preference thing. The staff was friendly. This was my 2nd time ordering and overall, very good experience here. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Worked here 4 years. The owner might pretend to be friendly but most of the time when new customers come in he has nothing to do but complain behind their backs usually asking why they would come in or asking why big groups would even bother to come in or even just making fun of their physical appearance. I've never heard him say a good thing about any of the regulars like, guns, clavine, the gordmans, mills, or anyone else and I've heard him gossip or say something extremely rude and unprofessional about every person who has ever worked for him behind their backs including Amy, jordan, Anna, Morgan, myself, and all his other bar staff except Sarah. Sometimes he jokes around but when he's in the back with a red face muttering extremely unprofessional and misogynistic things about how his bar staff doesn't do their job or keep their mouth shut or calling Megan lazy or Amy, Jordan, Morgan, or kat stupid and incompetent in various ways on top of everything else he says or like how he wishes the gordmans or Dan clavine or guns would shut their mouths and leave with a red face without laughing hes not joking. Dan cooks meat he finds on the floor and saves things much longer than he should and still serves it to customers. I've seen Dan serve rotten chicken before. This place would never pass health inspection if the inspectors actually bothered doing their job. Dan constantly illegally gambles at his own machines and works while under the influence. That being said according to bartenders and customers there my boss here stole money from my checks and I constantly heard him and the staff harassing me even though I was the only one in the kitchen at night. The atmosphere here is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend coming for a drink, to eat, or to work unless youd like to work for someone that will harass you every day, take money from your checks, and scream at you. None of the staff here has any sense of professionalism. They love to gossip. Dan closes the bar randomly and illegally gambles at his own machines that he sets up the odds on. He rarely offers raises and prefers to spend the money his brother gives him to keep the lights on on horse races than any kitchen equipment or on raises for his staff. Dan is not a good boss and not a great bar owner. He rarely follows food safety guidelines constantly serving rotted chicken on fried chicken night and green meat. On top of everything Dan attacked his wife and she now has an order of protection against him I would not eat or work here and support him!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"This was one of the best Pizza Places that I have had in a very long time. Even though they can only do carry out right now because of a lack of help. That did not even matter it was so good. The deep fried mushrooms tasted like they are fresh breaded and where these best breaded mushrooms I have had in a very very long time! I cannot talk higher if this place. Even as left overs or cold pizza which I am not a fan of, La Roma's pizza was great cold."
