"I just went through the drive-thru and had a frustrating experience. I was asked to back out along with another driver because the van in front of us was stuck and couldn’t get through. While I understood the situation, it became clear that the driver didn’t know how to maneuver the vehicle, and after several attempts, we were told to move further down. By this time, another customer was waiting behind us. Unfortunately, the staff member directing traffic neglected to inform the new customer that we were already in line, and they ended up cutting in front of everyone and got served anyway. After waiting 25 minutes and being only second in line, I decided to leave without placing an order. If they don't show respect for their customers, I can't help but wonder if they respect their food either. I won’t be returning."

"So disappointed!!! I actually purchase from this location alot until today. I ordered a chimichanga and was extremely embarrassed for them. It was a literal joke. I called and spoke to a girl and asked her for the manager and she asked what happened, I told her I wanted the manager and she had me hold and came back as the manager (I don't know who she was trying to fool). She said her name was Alyssa. I told her I ordered a Chimichanga and what I received was a flat empty fried tortilla and she said this is the way the owner, Cory, wants it served in order to keep food out of the fryer. This empty fried tortilla cost the same as a full huge burrito I purchased for my special needs son. Thank God I didn't buy this joke of a chimichanga for him. She made no attempt to make this up to us in any way and continued to reiterate that, that is the way the owner wants it done, so sorry."

"Rib City is a place I visit quite often, and overall, I enjoy the food. The quality is usually very good, but I’d say it’s a bit hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes the restaurant is bustling with people, and other times it’s relatively quiet. It’s a small, cozy place, so when it’s busy, seating can feel a little tight. However, the food is almost always worth the wait. During my most recent visit, I ordered the St. Louis ribs, paired with corn and baked beans. The ribs were fantastic—tender, smoky, and seasoned just right. You could tell they were cooked with care and attention. The corn was sweet and cooked to perfection, adding a nice balance to the richness of the ribs. However, the baked beans were a bit of a letdown. They had a slightly off taste that I couldn’t quite put my finger on, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the meal. What really stood out during this visit was the excellent service. Even though it was a little busy, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out surprisingly quickly, which is always a plus. Overall, I had a great experience. Rib City is one of those places where the atmosphere, service, and food combine to create an enjoyable dining experience. While there are occasional inconsistencies, the good far outweighs the bad. I would definitely recommend trying it out, especially if you’re a fan of barbecue. For this visit, I’m giving them 4 stars!"

"This experience was a delightful surprise! The food was incredibly tasty. I ordered chicken wings for my kids, and they arrived hot, freshly made, and perfectly crispy. The "sexy mama" sauce was fantastic—it's a ranch with a nice kick and a hint of parmesan. So delicious! I also tried the pork chop dinner, which featured two beautifully cooked pork chops served over a bed of mashed potatoes and gravy, accompanied by broccoli. It was outstanding! If the food is consistently this good, you've definitely gained a lifelong customer! The customer service was top-notch as well. Even though the bar area was a bit busy, the staff frequently checked on us to see if we needed anything. It’s a charming little spot that is very family-friendly in terms of pricing. The only drawback is that they only accept cash. Other than that, I have no complaints! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Food was very good. Went in late afternoon so not busy at all. Service was fast, a bit friendlier would have made it a 4.5 star experience. Other than that, wiping the plastic menus with a Clorox wipe is recommended. They were a bit dirty. Thankfully I carry hand sanitizer and they have sanitizer outside the restrooms. But overall good food and fast service made it an enjoyable experience. Service: Dine in"
