"Our waitress made us feel like welcomed, like we are regulars here, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to recommend her favorite dishes. Kudos to her for the impeccable service. The menu features a mix of American classics and some Italian dishes. We had the grilled chicken Tesas Toast, Buffalo Mac’n’Cheese, grilled chicken Cesar Salad, boneless wings and Fried Fish platter. The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Brockport Diner is a must-visit for anyone passing through, fantastic service, and great tasting food, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Going Above and Beyond! Kuddos for GREAT customer service and satisfaction!! They forgot a Coke with my order last night (so did I until I sat down without it , called to verify if I was charged for it (it was late, I was tired, maybe I forgot to order it? . Yes, I was charged, and the guy immediately volunteered to remove the charge. Ok, but I had hoped they would have done more, but it was late, it had been a long first day back at school, and I was hungry, so I didnt suggest it nor push it. Not even a couple minutes later I received a call back, a girl this time (sorry I forgot your name , who not only apologized again about forgetting the Coke, but would, in addition to the reimbursement for the Coke, further rectify the situation by letting me know there would now be a credit on my account (equal to the food portion of my bill that I could enjoy next time I was in. I was stunned! WOW. I mean, DANG!! Calling me back and giving me enough credit for a substantial meal?! For forgetting a $1.50 can of Coke that I admittedly should have remembered myself? And THEN, to top it off, she asked if there was anything ELSE she could do! I should have asked her to bring back the Apple Pie milkshakes year round, but my greedy self is only thinking about that now! and if you haven 't tried 'em you are missing out on a great piece of Americana bliss!! Anyhow, I was amazed and thoroughly impressed, and while I am already a loyal customer, this just reinforces the fact that Jimmy Z 's cares above and beyond for their customers! Thank you Jimmy Z 's for always making me feel WELCOMED, VALUED, and APPRECIATED!! You guys rock!! Vegetarian options: I like the veg burgers, especiallywhen they 've got a little crispy edge to them. Yum! Parking: If there isn 't parking available on the street, the easiest place is to try to score a place in the back of the restaurantnd then walk through the back entrance. The back looks like it 's for employees only, but its not."

"I ordered potato skins, but I was a bit disappointed to find only four on my plate; I expected at least six. The bacon was overcooked and quite tough, but I didn't mind it too much. My husband ordered a bowl of seafood bisque, which was delicious but should have been served hotter. He also had an egg and olive sandwich that he enjoyed, along with a salad and tomatoes. However, the few thin slices of tomato he received lacked flavor, and we found it odd that they cost an extra 50 cents. Overall, we would consider returning, but we would definitely request that the soup be served hotter and skip the tomatoes on the sandwich next time!"

"I visited this restaurant for the first time and had an amazing breakfast! I took a bite as soon as I got into my car and couldn’t help but finish it all on the drive. The photos don’t do justice to how delicious the food is, trust me. The portions are generous too, and there’s a wide selection of coffee available. I definitely plan to go back to try more dishes. I ordered the breakfast dish with bacon and added cheddar cheese. The server who took my order was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The prices are great too; most meals are under $10. I'll see you again tomorrow!"

"The food was OK here but the service was terrible. I had to repeat my order 3x which probably could have been avoided if the dude taking my order had bothered to take out his air pods while I was ordering. We ordered a 2 slice combo and ten wings. My boyfriend got his food in ten minutes; when I told the person who brought out the food that I was waiting on my wings he said I think they 're in the oven . Great. So we waited 30 minutes, meanwhile the person that took my order looked over at us multiple times, saw me clearly still waiting for my food and trying to get someone 's attention, and said/did nothing. Then I came up to ask again and they had no idea what I had ordered, told me the wrong order and I had to correct what they told me because apparently no one even put in the order yet. Then some dude came out from the back with an attitude about the combo doesn 't come with wings . So I had to reiterate we ordered a combo AND wings... They had to put in my order again because no one had even started my food yet. Finally the dude comes and throws my food on the table with no words and no acknowledgement about how I waited ~40 minutes for my food, and they had given me bleu cheese when I asked for ranch at least 3 separate times. That wouldn 't have been a big deal by itself but after all the other nonsense, all over ten chicken wings, it was a bit frustrating to say the least. It seems like the kitchen and register are being run by a bunch of dudes that either have no idea what they 're doing or are too stoned to have any idea what 's even going on. Possibly both."
