"I waited a frustrating 23 minutes for my food. The cooks seemed to have a negative attitude towards the customers who were coming and going, and they were incredibly slow. I even witnessed multiple people walk in and request refunds. This kind of service is simply unprofessional. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. DQ really needs to make some improvements. I ordered a takeout meal and, overall, I was quite disappointed. The food rated a 2; it just didn't live up to my expectations. The service was also lacking, receiving another score of 2. Additionally, the atmosphere—despite being a takeout experience—felt very uninviting, which resulted in a score of 1. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

"My husband and I visited Luigi’s in Woodway last night and had a disappointing experience. After being seated, we waited almost 15 minutes without anyone approaching our table. We were the only people of color in the restaurant, and two tables that were seated after us received immediate service. At one point, another table even pointed out to the waiter that we had been there first, but he just glanced at us and continued to assist them without a word. To top it off, the hostess had the nerve to say “have a nice night” as we left. The waiter who was serving the other tables was an older white man who walked by us several times while attending to those around us but never acknowledged us. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service we received."

"Today we took a family member to lunch that recently had surgery and is still having to use a cane to walk. She gets around a little slow, so we were behind her. The owner himself took us to be seated, and hurriedly took off to the very back of the restaurant, leaving us to follow. When the family member in front on the cane was finally able to catch up to him, she asked politely if we could be seated closer to the front and nearer the buffet. His response, while looking at her standing there with the use of a cane, was ?well, you?re already here, so what difference does it make?? We had passed several empty tables in the front, so I could not see a problem with this request. He also said it loudly enough that several nearby tables heard him, as well as a couple of the employees. The employees were nice enough to come by the table and apologize for the owners rude behavior, and one of the nearby tables also commented on it. We always look forward to eating there, even if we have to drive 40 miles to do so, but after today, I know of at least 2 groups of people that want be back. Don?t be a rude jackass and expect people to spend their with you. There are dozens of places to eat that will treat their customers with respect."

"On Saturday night on October 14th at 7 pm I was in the drive through and 2 cars waited and waited for someone to come to the speaker to order and no one came so those cars drove away. Then I was at the speaker to order and after about 5 minutes I hollered to the speaker HELLO and finally a voice came there and I was able to order. I told the 2 guys working that I was going to tell managers that they weren't answering the drive thru. I said I worked at BK for 2 years and sometimes we were short handed but we still had to answer drive thru. Then they handed me my food and burgers were cold. Need more responsible night staff Your loosing customers in the drive thru. Renita Driver"

"Every time I have ordered here in the last year, there is something missing or wrong with my order. Never have the bbq sauce I ask for, or the PPO on the side. Personnel on the phone had an arrogant attitude like I was a jerk for even placing an order. When I got home with my order (still missing PPO sides and BBQ sauce), I found a hair in my food. Probably because the immature staff that works there. Some training or hiring expertise needs to be put in place. Food would be (and has been) good if it was prepared and organized by better staff."
