"Consistently poor service. The staff at this location seem more interested in socializing and making drinks for themselves than in attending to customers. There’s a noticeable lack of care for patrons, and the service can be quite rude. The BLIZZARDs are often runny and sit on the counter for far too long before someone finally hands them over. My husband had to wait nearly 50 minutes in the drive-thru for his food, which included ice cream that should have been the last item made, but it arrived as a soupy mess. He also discovered that a burger was missing, and when he inquired, they claimed it wasn't prepared because they had no buns. However, no one informed him of this or offered an alternative. He was simply told that we weren't charged for it. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience, and at this point, we may not return."

The chicken strip basket was tasty, and the white sauce has consistently been excellent. It would be helpful to receive a receipt that details the calculations for the items ordered.

We had a State Fair fix, with their Cheese curds. I thought these were as close to the State Fair ones. We also had a bacon cheeseburger each. The cheese curds were eaten first. I recommend the burgers and the curds.

The lady misheard my order (no biggie), but when I asked for the correct order she gave me the wrong one again. When I asked for my correct order for the third time, she rolled her eyes at me and had me waiting at the drive through window for much longer. The food was very dry. Go to a different DQ and maybe you’ll have a better experience. Service: Takeaway

I didn’t see what I wanted on the menu so I asked the lady in the drive through if they had this item. She told me yes so I ordered it. When I got out of town turns out they did not have what I asked for a just blended a bunch of sprinkles into the ice cream. And WAY to many. No one wants a mouth full of sprinkles. Didn’t even get to eat it, had to throw away because I’m sorry but sprinkles taste absolutely disgusting with how many they put in there. It would’ve been nice if they would have just said no instead of lying and just throwing something together. What a waste of money
