When I explained that I found it through a Google search, he suggested that I Google their address to come pick up a menu. I was so put off by this response that I decided to hang up. Any business that treats potential customers in such a dismissive manner does not deserve to succeed. Goodbye to that kind of attitude – it's a deal breaker for me."

I used to work in this area years ago and have always had a soft spot for this restaurant. Back then, I didn't have much money but I would treat myself to their delicious hamburger sliders and fries once a week. They were amazing then and I'm sure they still are. I remember one time there was a problem with my card and the owner kindly offered to let me pay later. I ended up being able to pay that day, but it was a really nice gesture that showed they care about their customers.
