"Open late even on Sundays. Extensive menu. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, lots of toppings and other options. They serve food as well. I really enjoyed the sundae I ordered and my husband enjoyed the milkshake he ordered. Customer service was top notch and we got our order quickly. We highly recommend Ice Cream Factory!"

"I ordered the boiled chicken from parmesan and it was served raw, not half cooked, not 3/4 cooked, but pink slim raw. the waitress, that was super brilliant and apologise, and brought me a cup of corn coach when I waited, while my family members ate their dinner. the manager served the cooked chicken and apologised. I didn't get an apology from the cook, and I still paid for dinner. I understand that the things happen, but it reflects practices that are not at place and that should be. the control of the meat temperature before serving was significantly overlapped. I am happy that as an adult I thoroughly review my food before eating, but what if this was served to a child or a less attentive human? they could have been poisoned by food. again are made mistakes and this is life, we are human. that was a decent mistake."

"They used to be great. I was so excited to go back there after having moved away many years ago, but that quickly turned very sour indeed. First, they said they don't make any of the subs we had always eaten there for many years, even though they are still on the overhead menu... Ridiculous. Second, I decided to get a steak and cheese sub and very clearly asked for DOUBLE extra cheese and they didn't do it. Unacceptable ignorance. Third, it was just plain horrible. It tasted like it was cooked on a disgusting grill that hasn't been cleaned in a very, very, long time, so I threw it in the trash where it belongs. Nasty. Fourth my mother's Italian sub had no cheese on it at all, very little taste, and the bread was lousy. She asked for extra olive oil, and they didn't do that either. Lazy incompetence. Fifth, my daughters turkey, lettuce and black olive sub was inedible as well. The turkey had no flavor at all and she was disgusted with it. Total waste of money. Pitiful. We live over an hour and a half away from the place, so going back to return their garbage and get a VERY justified refund, is not going to happen. What was once my absolute favorite place to get subs, is now a place I will never make the mistake of going to again. Such a shame. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20"
