"This is my second time trying Dandee, and both experiences have left me very disappointed. The staff either struggles to understand orders or simply doesn't care. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant with bacon and sausage, but instead received a ham egg and cheese sandwich on a burger bun. They made the same mistake last week when I visited in person. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of attention to detail in getting a customer's order right. Additionally, everything was cold when it arrived— the bacon and pancakes weren't even warm."

I ordered a half dozen doughnuts at 7:30, and they were far from fresh. The chocolate dip was nearly hard.

We usually LOVE these donuts, especially the Maple flavor, which is my favorite. However, I was really disappointed this time because the maple donut had almost no maple on it.

Can’t believe I haven’t left a review for dandee yet! Their donuts are solid and their dine in is great. It’s solid diner food with good prices and excellent service. Always a wonderful spot!

I found my breakfast to be excessively sweet, with too much sugar for my taste. Next time, I'll choose different items. I ordered a maple dip donut, an espresso mocha coffee, and shared a dish of eggs, sausage, and bacon served on another sweet donut. I left feeling a bit overwhelmed by the sugar intake, but the food was delicious. The restaurant has a charming interior, and the service was excellent. It was a fun experience overall! I really enjoy coming here for breakfast. I'm always pleased with what we choose to order. The Dandee omelette and breakfast sandwiches are personal favorites. The atmosphere is bright and quirky. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. The donuts are freshly baked throughout the day, and there’s a fantastic variety to choose from. Saturdays and Sundays can get quite busy, so be ready to wait a bit. However, the staff is excellent!

We often pass by this place at the corner of 441 and Sample Road, but we never thought to stop and check out their menu. Our son was craving donuts, and when we went to Dunkin' Donuts, it was closed (it was 7:45 PM). Krispy Kreme was a bit too far, so we looked for another option and decided to give this place a try. It's a nice location, the prices are good, and the donuts are really tasty. They also have a breakfast and lunch menu available all day, so we plan to try their breakfast and lunch next time.

"I had dinner there with my family after receiving rave reviews of the restaurant. Our server was very nice, but marginally incompetent. He didn't know many details about the menu when asked for details. One of the starters was served without any of the 3 ingredients (olives with canned citrus and fried parsley - served without the fried parsley - not the waiter's fault). The waiter presented the special as an appetizer, but it was actually an appetizer. My main course (or should I say "starter") was served about 5 minutes after the rest of my table had already served their main courses. I was able to order another main course when it was clear that I had ordered an appetizer, but by then the rest of the table was done with the main course. The rest of the people at my table enjoyed the food and the beers were delicious, but overall my experience was not great."

"We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and were seated promptly. We ordered drinks which arrived quickly, but unfortunately our server, Mike, disappeared for over 20 minutes. Our appetizers came, but I had to ask for extra dressing for my salad, which was only brought after our entrees arrived. We waited a while for our entrees and were finally given some cold and stale bread. To make matters worse, my date received the wrong entree. After trying to flag down our server, we waited another 15-20 minutes for him to return. The manager eventually came over, apologized, and offered to take the incorrect meal off our bill, as well as provide us with a complimentary dessert. Despite these gestures, the experience was already tainted and we decided to ask for the check. We also had a birthday reward and loyalty reward as wine club members, but these were forgotten by our server. We have dined here before and enjoyed the food and service, but this visit did not meet our expectations, with the service being the major issue."

"Picked up so cant speak on atmosphere. Went for the puerto rican menu but did see the pizza and it looks right. The puerto rican food was like whoa. Rice perfect not sticky properly seasoned. Bacalaito fried o the perfect crisp. And I cannot tell you about the rest. Because I'm on my way there now."

"I have ordered from this restaurant three times - once to dine in and twice for takeout. During my dine-in experience, the staff were mostly neutral, not particularly friendly but not rude either. They seemed professional in their customer service skills. I ordered breakfast and found the food to be bland but edible. When I ordered takeout, some of the staff seemed reluctant to have me enter the establishment, despite my appearance being clean and presentable. The breakfast orders for takeout were also bland but edible. I may consider trying their lunch menu in the future, but overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant due to the lackluster experience."

"My partner and I ate at the Coral Springs location on Tuesday evening, and it was very busy. Our waitress got triple-sat, and not only that, the two of us were put in a large booth for 4 or more people, but our waitress treated us very well nonetheless, and took excellent care of us. The food was incredible, the portions were large and our waitress was quick on drink refills without ever being asked. This was only my second time here, but both times have been fantastic, and I'm looking forward to returning for a third time."
