"If your looking for a real café that delivers nothing but the finest southern hospitality NC has to offer, this is the real deal.Yes it is difficult to get a table or a stool at peak times, fortunately the wait shouldn't be to long, this place runs like a fine tuned machine that delivers every order hot and fresh, even the staff eat standing up.It is a family run café, not a waffle house, and everything they serve comes with a flavor of its own. I have only been there twice and the food hasn't bored my taste buds yet, I keep going back for more and look forward to breakfast on my next visit.Your not just another receipt here, they take excellent care of everyone who walks in the door.Cheers!"

This is a small restaurant in downtown Burlington. They serve meat and vegetable plates, hamburgers desserts. The food is always hot and the staff is friendly. They're hours are limited and close at 2 or 3 in the afternoon. They also serve breakfast.

This bacon cheeseburger is incredible! The lettuce is fresh, straight from the head and not from a bag. The bun is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The patties are never frozen and the service is quick. Overall, it's a great downtown diner experience.

I had a great first experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and everyone was very friendly. I ordered the classic burger with potato wedges and it was fantastic. My friend had the meat dish with squash and Broccoli-Casserole, which was also really tasty. We both enjoyed our meals.

Went there for breakfast. I had the Western Omlete and Hash Browns. My wife the Pancakes, eggs, bacon and Hash Browns. Everything came out nice. Not overly cooked or burnt. Taste wise it could have used some more spices. Coffee tasted good.Interior of the was very nice. Basically old time with tables and counter seating. Service was quick and friendly. Would visit again. Only 4 star for the lack of flavor but the available Texas Pete always helps.
