meh. had to give a local place a non-large rating. especially in winter when they need the customers, but I must be honest. that was nice to eat.

Sat outside. Service was awesome, as was the food. Calamari was the best we've found in the area, and I believe that corn was from a local farm. Delicious!

Never made it, the traffic cop at the dock wouldn't let us set foot off the boat.Went to Hole In The Wall were they welcomed our party of 15 thirsty and hungry folks.

Food was good. Aniston was a great waitress. It is a short drive from Thousand Trails campsite. The views and atmosphere were great. We will visit again when in the area.

We had a great evening! I had the Fish Chips and it was the best I've had locally. My wife had the French Dip and she said it was quite good (I agree, she let me try it We sat on the deck, enjoyed the scenery and the music. Lastly, service was outstanding. The hostess made sure we knew how long we'd have to wait to be seated (less than 10 minutes) and the waitress was attentive, knowledgeable and had a great personality. We'll definitely be back.

This was our first time returning to the restaurant this year. While the wings were slightly undercooked and we were not fond of the shrimp, the service was excellent. Our server, Kendall, was new but provided exceptional care for us. She asked for our feedback and we gave it honestly. Following this, she had the manager, Steve, come and speak with us. He was very gracious and removed the cost of the food we were not satisfied with, while also suggesting we try the fresh oysters. They were superb! Plump, juicy, and just the right amount of saltiness. I highly recommend trying the oysters and their fresh salads when you visit.

Absolutely one of the nicest places off the river in Virginia...i have been a chef for 52 years and there was major problems with the food..ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED WERE TERRIBLE...Ordered muscles in broth...nothing special...should have had linguini with muscles or more mussles...muscles... cake dish was also terrible...no flavors...the crab cake was flattened instead of a nice thick crabcake...The waitress could have not been a waitress...she was so confused with our orders...4 guests...I am only speaking about the food I tried to consume...maybe a good hang out to drink and see the river but the food was amateurish-ly put together...never will I go there again...SJR Visualizza piatti
