Deluca's - Piatti

What a great find! Our drinks, meals and service all hit high marks! The Diabolo was so delicious (even with GF pasta option) and the atmosphere was fun and cozy. Great new addition to the Boise restaurant scene, we will be back!!

Just got in to Boise and saw that Deluca's was open on Mothers day, when they are normally closed on Sunday, They were down a chef and a server but they made everything work. We had the NY Strip, with Pesto fingerling potatoes and cream spinach, everything was delicious and our server Tanner couldn't have been more attentive.

We intended to visit Deluca's, but found ourselves at NYC ID, a charming little pub that is still going through some changes. The venue used to be the Ha'penny. It's a great spot to enjoy a beer, indulge in some of the best finger steaks in Boise (delicious!), and play a bit of pinball. Many thanks to Brian for the excellent service! Visualizza piatti

This place really underwhelmed our entire party. The appetizers were shockingly small. The calamari was 4 sticks of squid, and the stuffed mushrooms were lukewarm and tasted like they'd been frozen and reheated.Although, I will say that the clams were quite good! But again, the entrées were hit or miss.Honestly, the only saving grace is the atmosphere, wine, and the good server we had.

The staff was very friendly, and we ordered the chicken piccata for two. Unfortunately, it was quite bland and lacked flavor, plus the portion size was small for the price. I ended up giving my dish to someone else at the table to avoid wasting calories. However, since they're introducing a new menu, I would be open to trying the restaurant again. They did forget the appetizer we ordered, though.

I just finished dinner at Deluca's, and we are extremely pleased with our experience. The wine selection was impressive, and the service was excellent. They kindly prepared their garlic rosemary fries, which weren't on the daily menu, and they were delicious! They also made a vegan pasta dish for us, which was equally delightful. My husband had the salmon salad and enjoyed it tremendously. We plan to return and will bring some friends along next time. Thank you for a wonderful impromptu dinner and for being so accommodating! We had a great meal here unexpectedly for Mother's Day. Quality dining in Boise has taken such a huge hit since Covid, our expectations were not high. Pleased to say it was a pleasant surprise. My wife had the blackened salmon salad and I had the creamy Italian sausage davoli (spelling? . Both were super good and a great dinner. We split a tiramisu that was well presented and really good. Service was frankly spotty and I didn't esand staffing obviously an issue like most other places, but we will definitely be back. About 30 minute wait to get our food. But, The food was really good and reasonably priced.

We had a table of 11, we were sat reasonably quick. Our drink order was taken within 15 minutes. Once we received our drinks, the waiter took our app orders. We sat for a good 45 minutes waiting on those. They were good, I 'll give em that. Our r drinks went dry for a good 30 minutes, they finally took our order and got some more drinks on the way. Dinner arrived at about an hour and a half of us being there.Clearly they are VERY short staffed. I can understand that. The worst part of our experience is that 3 of our group ordered a crab and lobster stuffed ravioli. Sounds amazing right!? . They brought our food to us and the waiter proceeded to tell us they ran out but replaced the order wit...

Made a reservation for my son and his prom date. They were so excited to be attending their first and only formal dance. They arrived for their 7pm reservation and were seated. They had studied the menu before arriving and were ready to enjoy a night to remember. Well they won't ever forget this one. Their order was taken twice by two different waiters. They sat there for 2 hours with not even a water brought to them. Other diners were checking in on them, so the problem was bad enough for others to notice in a half full restaurant. I am a business owner myself and hated to leave a bad review. I emailed the restaurant so they had a chance to redeem themselves and failed to receive any reply.... Visualizza piatti
