Dempsey's Steakhouse At Saddlebrook Resort

We had a fantastic experience overall. We visited this restaurant for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service.

We had eight for dinner. The service and the food were excellent. Price was a little high but expected. Would recommend for at least one night of your stay.

1st time at Dempsey’s. Service was exceptional, food was superb drinks were made perfectly to order every time! Would definitely go back for a special occasion. Have no idea why there were any reviews below 4-5 stars.

We arrived early for our reservation and the restaurant was empty. We were disappointed to learn that we could not be seated for a while so we went to the bar and ended up eating dinner there. The bartender, Erin, was delightful and our meals were good.

Awesome first experience. Our server Juan was really good. Food was excellent. Only thing that was not great was our seating. We were a party of 2 with advanced reservation and the place was not crowded for a Saturday at 7PM. We were seated in a small corner by the exit. Probably should have asked for a different table. My husband and I had been eager to try Dempsey’s for some time, so we decided to go with another couple. We were hoping for a delicious, juicy steak, but unfortunately, we found the whole experience to be underwhelming given the high prices. The restaurant felt more like a sports bar, the service was slow and inattentive, the food was mediocre, and the steak lacked flavor. The highlight of the meal was the Cesar salad. We won't be returning to Dempsey's, as there are many other steakhouses in the area that offer better quality at similar prices. We recommend looking elsewhere for a truly incredible dining experience.

The dining experience was interesting. The bar, which I think was a sports bar, was not enjoyable due to noisy and inappropriate behavior by teenagers. However, the dining room was quiet and had excellent service. The restaurant could use some updating to match the beautiful surroundings, as it looks like it hasn't changed since the 70s. The menu was diverse but seemed outdated. Although the food came out quickly and hot, everything was overly salted to the point where it was almost inedible. Even the mashed potatoes were too salty. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing due to the excessive salt in the dishes.

Dempsey’s was closed due to renovations. This was not shared. They moved dining to a small room next to the bar and called Dempsey’s. When we booked it said only 6 tables left there were only 8 in this small room. When you go to Dempsey’s you go for the ambiance very disappointing for an anniversary! Staff was excellent. Meal came out lukewarm and was sent back. Returned hot and was very good. Steaks are as good as Roth’s Chris and Capital Grill but again served like warm. NO excuse, shame on the chef. No salad bar at this temporary location. Dessert was comp’d and much appreciated. $5 for valet parking was inappropriate as there is no self parking. Visualizza piatti
