The bagels are delicious and come in a nice variety. They also support local businesses, which is great to see. The staff is friendly, and the location is conveniently situated near downtown DeWitt!

The restaurant no longer serves gluten-free bagels, but they did suggest using hash brown buns as an alternative for sandwiches. The Recess coffee was average. The atmosphere was accommodating and welcoming.

Wow! They have every bagel you could possibly want! They offer sandwiches, breakfast specials, a variety of spreads, and locally sourced coffee. It was an excellent experience. When we arrived, two large trays of bagels came out! The staff was very friendly too! Visualizza piatti

The bagels at Dewitt Bagel Company are on par with the best we've had in New York City. This might be because they source their bagels from the city, freeze them before baking, and then prepare them fresh for us. The charm of this place is enhanced by their fresh, locally-sourced meats and ingredients, as well as their quick and friendly service. With so many options available, we truly appreciate this hidden gem and highly recommend it to fellow food enthusiasts.

The bagels are good, but certainly not deserving of five stars. I've been there a few times, and during my most recent visit, I ordered several varieties, including their everything bagel. It was just okay, but it was unfortunately cold inside, which made me suspect it had been made the day before—either on purpose or just as a leftover. I tried one the next morning, and it had already gone stale. With so many other bagel choices available, I don’t have a reason to come back.

As regular customers who used to enjoy this establishment, we were disappointed during our recent visit. We waited for 30 minutes to receive two bagels with cream cheese. The staff’s attitude was off-putting, as they mentioned being busy due to a catering order and it being Father's Day. It might be wise to avoid taking large catering orders during peak morning hours or require advance notice for such orders. Additionally, prioritizing larger orders for later pickup could help manage the flow better. Perhaps improving staffing levels would also be beneficial. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
