"The food was okay, but the service recovery was disappointing. When I placed a phone order for the first time, they only accepted cash, which was inconvenient. They forgot to include the butter for my bread, even though they said it would be added at the entrance. I was also told explicitly what I would receive, but I didn’t get the extra items I requested, like cheese and paprika, despite being promised them. When I called to address this, they suggested I go back to pick them up, but it’s across the city, and I have two little kids, so that’s not feasible for me. They offered me 10% off my next order, but that feels like a bad joke. Overall, the customer service recovery was terrible!"

I took my wife to this restaurant for her birthday. The staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious. I usually order Calzones at Italian restaurants, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the Scarface Chicken Alfredo.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up and bring home food. Ordered a scarface pasta with mushrooms on the side. Got a scarface with NO pasta. Just spend $50 for our anniversary lunch just for me to have to make my own pasta. Manager is out for now... so nothing came of this.

I went to the restaurant with my family of 7 today. The bread was very fresh and came with oil and vinegar. The service was excellent. I ordered the clam linguine, my wife ordered lasagna which was covered in sauce, and I also ordered a pizza for the kids. The food arrived quickly and everything was delicious!
