The best quesadillas and horchata. The ice cream is amazing as well. The window to watch them make cheese is a fun place for kids.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, especially the nachos, quesadillas, ice cream, and drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. They offer wholesale options for all their cheese, along with other items like eggs, chorizo, guacamole, and more. Highly recommend!

Customer service helped me pick out Queso Oaxaca for my Caprese salad. I also bought some Botanero to make spinach cheese balls. After sampling, I wish I had also bought chipotle and habanero cheeses. I had a wonderful quesadilla made on-site and enjoyed watching the workers stretch cheese. Great experience!

Stopped for a post Christmas lunch on the drive home. He had a quesadilla and cheese curds. I had the salad with chips on the side. Super generous portions for great prices, all served with a smile. I frequent Don Froylan Creamery approximately 2-6 times a month for lunch. I love the fast service and the food is always delicious. I order flour tortilla, queso bantanero, pollo de tinga, all the toppings with cilantro creama drizzled with salsa. The pineapple makes each taste Oooooooweeeee a party in my mouth. I recommend everyone to give this place a try you won’t regret it.

I decided to visit for the first time to check out what they had to offer. I ordered quesadillas for lunch, and I can honestly say they were the best I've ever had. The homemade corn tortillas were outstanding, and their house-made asada cheese was incredible. They also have a salsa bar where you can grab toppings for your meal and sample their delicious cheeses. I would have bought some cheese to take home if they offered it in smaller quantities. I also enjoyed an ice cream cone for dessert, which was fantastic.

I finally visited this restaurant for the first time this evening, and I have nothing but positive things to say! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a wide variety of options, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They feature a cheese bar where you can taste different varieties before deciding which ones to add to your quesadilla, nachos, burrito, and more. I opted for the asadero habanero cheese on my carne asada nachos, and every sample we tried was delicious! The cheese curds are large and absolutely worth the price; the batter is delightful.
