"I don?t know why my son?s name came up when the account is in my name but my name is Mary and I am the one leaving the review. Mr. Jim?s pizza is usually delicious and has always been perfect in the past. However, the last two orders we haveplaced have been unsatisfactory to say the least. The first time was a few weeks ago. We get the order home and my garden saladis lettuce. Only lettuce. So I said okay maybe someone forgot to add the the veggies. Then I realized they didn?t give me theranch to go on my lettuce. So at this point I?m getting a little frustrated but agin, Mr. Jim?s is usually on point so I thoughtok, they are having an off day at Mr. Jim?s. Then we get to the pizza and the pizza is burned. The crust didn?t have the garlicParmesan crust like we ordered. It was plain. We agreed that this day was just a fluke. We ate it and moved on. Today we orderMr. Jim?s again and granted they said I could still place an order at 8:50, they close at 9pm. So I was really happy. As we weredriving home I realized they didn?t give me a item from my order. At this time they are closed so I can?t call or go back to getit so I just go home disappointed because I?m now remembering last order. Sure enough we get home and the pizza is burned again(photo added). I am really disappointed in Mr. Jim?s. I don?t know what is going on but y?all need to get it together. I?m sureI am not the only customer this is happening too. My family is worried we will not order from Mr. Jim?s again. I?m sure we willbut I will be sure to check the order for all my items and check the quality of the food before I leave the store movingforward."

"Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Roma's Italian Bistro in Duncanville, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted at the door by the friendly hostess, who made me feel welcome right away. She kindly escorted me to the table of my choosing, and I appreciated her accommodating my preference to sit by the window. The ambiance of Roma's is both cozy and elegant, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The natural light from the window added to the pleasant atmosphere, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. The menu offered a wonderful variety of affordable Italian dishes, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. I will make sure to tell my other real estate friends and colleagues about it."

"Tried this place for the first time yesterday for some takeout. My wife and I ordered 2 seafood platters, an order of Cajun chicken spring rolls, a cup of gumbo and 2 sweet teas. Came out to right at $100. The restaurant was very clean with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Jazz was playing throughout the restaurant. Luke the host was very welcoming with a very warm and sincere personality. The food was made to order but the wait ended up being close to 45 mins. That was a little too long for my liking. The seafood platter consisted of 3 nice size pcs of catfish, 4 nice size shrimp, 1 crabcake and a BUNCH of homemade fried potato chips and a small salad with cucumbers. With so many potato chips on the plate, it gave the illusion that there was more seafood on the plate than there actually was. The seafood platter costed $29.99. I would have appreciated a little more seafood and less potato chips for that price. The catfish was fried perfectly but it was quite bland. The batter had a little seasoning but not enough to help out the actual fish underneath. The shrimp were good, no complaints on them. The crabcake lacked flavor as well but it was quite spicy overall. The Cajun chicken spring rolls did not taste like there was any Cajun seasoning in them. They tasted like a regular spring roll from a Chinese restaurant. They were a little overpriced in my opinion. They were $12.95 for 4 spring rolls. The gumbo was a little too watery for my liking. And it had a tomato based flavor to it, which I absolutely hate. Overall, I gave this restaurant a high score for the atmosphere, cleanliness of the restaurant and exceptional customer service. I do believe they need a larger cook staff to facilitate their orders better and decrease long wait times, they need to work on the flavor profiles of the food a little more and maybe adjust the pricing a little."

"I liked the atmosphere and the decorations, but everything was just okay overall. I had the blue tortilla enchiladas with mole, and the sauce was delicious, but the chicken inside was dry. The margarita was good but I have had better. The nachos were $15 for 6 chips. They were okay. The portions did not seem comparable to similar restaurants in the area. The service was definitely the highlight. There was a guy there refilling the waters, and he was one of the most attentive people there. For one alcoholic drink, one entree, and one appetizer, it costs about $50 before tip. I do not have to come back, and I would not recommend it."

"With only thirty minutes to enjoy a meal that wasn't served in a paper bag through a drive-thru, we chose Sabor a la Mexicana. Located behind Red Lobster and Olive Garden, we just made it in time before they closed at 2 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us right away. The time between placing our order and receiving our meal was under ten minutes, giving us plenty of opportunity to savor our dining experience. Our server was attentive and cheerful, contributing to the lively atmosphere. The food was delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and beautifully presented with vibrant colors! There was a group of ladies celebrating a birthday, adding to the energetic vibe. I hadn’t noticed before, but this restaurant would be a great spot for a meeting. Sabor a la Mexicana offered tasty food at reasonable prices, excellent service, a lovely ambiance, ample parking, and a bar for those who enjoy it. Overall, it was a fantastic culinary experience. Another clean plate here!"
