"Finally, a Coney Island that truly prioritizes quality food! While it might be reminiscent of a home-cooked dinner at Mama's, this welcoming atmosphere extends to breakfast and lunch as well. This American restaurant offers outstanding Mediterranean cuisine. I felt like part of the family here. The staff is fantastic!"

I've never had a better waitress experience. I think her name was Michaela or something idk.. Dark short hair. Anyway, she was such a ray of sunshine, full of life and excitement!! Such an outstanding person with a beautiful soul. She's a keeper!

We had lunch there today, and it was really enjoyable. The Meatball Sub was excellent, and the BLT was roasted to perfection. We also ordered a side of onion rings, and the friendly staff made our dining experience even better. Overall, it was a great meal!

"The atmosphere was quite nice was excited to try their food, but obviously they were out of Swiss cheese when I ordered the French onion soup they used mozzarella and the broth was absolutely flavorless. Then I ordered a Reuben sandwich again they used mozzarella rather than Swiss cheese and it was just so so. My husband also ordered a dish and they were out of the main ingredients so he had to order something else. I understand being out of things and that case you take them off the menu or you notify the customer first. Our server was a bit snotty and unapologetic about the food substitutions without notice."

"The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection! I was a bit unsure about the grated cheese on my eggs Benedict at first, but it turned out to be fantastic. The coffee was incredible—old-fashioned and superior, with fresh ground beans for each pot. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that felt like a throwback to the 70s."

"Absolutely fantastic food and service! Even when the restaurant is bustling, we always wait for Lisa’s section because of her friendly demeanor and exceptional efficiency. She consistently stays on top of everything. We've been fortunate to have her serve us for over seven years. We actually stopped dining inside for about six or seven months while she was away, and we’re thrilled to have her back. Knowing that your restaurant has its heartbeat restored means we’ll definitely be visiting more often!"

"Prices in the restaurant were twice the price as advertised on the website. My crispy chicken sandwich consisted of two chicken strips on a bun (fries not included) for $13.99. Advertised for $7.99. But did include a piece of paper stuck to the melted cheese!!! The waitress took $1.40 off my bill !!!! Very disappointing experience to say the least. Do better. And the waitress was very condescending."

"This was my first time visiting this restaurant. My family gathered to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that we could not be seated together as we had not made a reservation three weeks in advance. The biggest disappointment was where we were eventually seated - my legs were hanging from the seat, causing me pain due to a recent knee surgery. I asked a staff member if we could move to a different table, but he directed me to the manager. Since I had previously been denied a request for lower seating for a larger party, I was not hopeful. The manager was not accommodating and lacked empathy. The wait for our food was long, and it seemed like a hassle to move to a more comfortable table for our group of four. It was a disappointing experience that left me in tears."
