"I am not sure what is going on or why but first it wasn't worth it. I get inflation I do but 18.00 and some change for a small steak and chesse with fries ok whatever I wasn't happy. Then I pay I look at the receipt it says the 18 and some change as I am walking out I get a notification it was 22 and some changes . U would think I would have the receipt nope she never gave it to me. I gave her a cash tip. Needless to say I will never go back and I will tell my friends and family to stay away from here because they are going to add what ever they feel for a total. And the food it was mediocre at best. I really will not be going back there so disappointing... please watch ur receipt and what ur paying."

"Absolutely terrible service every single time we 've come. We waited about 40 minutes when it wasn 't even busy to get anyone to take out order. Of course the food didn 't even come out right and it took over 15 more minutes for anyone to even come over for us to let then know the food was wrong. Didn 't even get a my bad from our awful server. Messaged the fb page to let the owner know of their short coming and the need for retraining and all I got back was we look forward to responding to your online response . Don 't waste your money or your time. They created a Facebook lynch mob to try and make themselves feel better about providing terrible service to earn a negative review. Beware."

"Caitlin, the waitress at 110 Athol, is quite obviously in dire need of mental health assistance and/or guidance toward the drug recovery system because that girl is not well. Athol 110 Human Resources, if you 're seeing this, please reach out to Caitlin!! We sat for just shy of 3 hours watching this girl run around, strung out, having a mental breakdown while we were trying to get some service in an almost empty restaurant. From the time we sat down until we left, we spent our time just waiting for her. We waited close to 20 minutes for her to even acknowledge us when we sat down. She sped us through an initial drink order while making it known that we were wasting her time. 20 minutes later we finally got drinks. Then we sat and sat and sat while waiting to order. When we finally got out food, it was quite literally burnt and tasted like leather. Send it back and only got 1/3 of that meal. Didn 't get anything else until well after everyone else had finished their meals and continues to sit and wait and wait. Everytime we would try to communicate with her (place drink order, meal order, pay our bill) she would make it quite known that she was irritated to have to waste time talking to us. The entire time, we are watching Caitlin get more and more strung out while running around having an open mental breakdown around the restaurant after disappearing for long stretches of time. Quite literally every single one of her other tables experienced the same thing. The other tables were trying to pay their bills with other staff, including even asking her if they could just pay with the girl at the bar before being told to just wait . One older male stood next to his table and waited absurdly long and still wasn 't even acknowledged by Caitlin, another staff member had to assist him. I 'm aware that sometimes those experiencing active drug addiction are uncontrollable with their emotions but I definitely wasn 't expecting her to call me dumb when I asked about out lackluster service before continuing to yelling unintelligible and extremely offensive remarks in front of a child. Immediately after this, she flailed over to the manager and told him a completely different, drug/mental breakdown-fueled rambling of her series of events. We spoke with the manager and she came back immediately after he left and made sure to call us dumb again in front of a 4 year old child and continuing to ramble.These were just a few blips of our experience, I feel like I could write a novel after tonight to warn others...Caitlin, if you are seeing this, please seek help sweetheart. It 's truly sad to watch someone so young struggling so much mentally with no assistance. Although our service was BEYOND terrible, its truly just sad to see someone in the throws of addiction and I hope that HR or management can get her the help she obviously needs. "Just waited in the drive thru for 15 mins to even order then when I got to the window to pick up my order they had forgotten two items. So, I got back into the drive through line but it was 8 cars deep and would have taken 30 mins to go through the drive thru for a SECOND time simply to get what I order the first time. So I decided to go inside. I stood at the counter for a few minutes until I over heard some rude employee tell her coworker that they needed to “direct me to the drive thru because they didn’t have the staff to help anyone inside” I interrupted their side conversation ABOUT ME to explain that I already had been through the drive thru and they forgot some items. Mind you they hadn’t even greeted me they just saw me and tried to get me to leave and WASTE more of my time going through the drive thru. They finally sent someone to the counter and when that employee walked away to get my missing items he said to his coworkers “I hate people like that” like excuse me for wanting the items I paid for and not wanting to wait another 30 mins to get it! They were so rude and unprofessional. Maybe if they made the orders correct the first time they wouldn’t always be so backed up."

"I really enjoy visiting the Boiler. It's conveniently located just down the road from my house, and I've been there so many times that the staff recognizes me—they know my preferred seating and drink orders, as well as my favorite dessert. They're truly nice people. However, I haven't been back in a couple of months, so I hope the chef has improved by now. They usually serve delicious food, but my only issue arises when I order beef dishes like burgers or steaks. They still need to refine their technique for rendering fat on the steak and cooking it to the requested doneness. The manager and owner were very understanding during my last visit; after I finally voiced my concerns, they generously offered me a gift card."
