"I went to Dunkin' Donuts this morning and I really appreciated my order being done correctly. This was after a frustrating experience at a local place called Norton Swabs, where two parts of my order were wrong. The owner was quite unhelpful and had a negative, even sexist, attitude, which made me decide to leave. I'm glad I chose Dunkin' Donuts instead because my order was hot and perfect. I even left a $5 tip, which is what I usually give at Norton, but after my experience there, I don’t plan on going back."

I just ordered two wake-up wraps, and I noticed that in one of them, the cheese is actually on the outside of the wrap. In the other wrap, the egg is barely even inside it.

This is the best Dunkin' in Norton. They make fewer mistakes and serve customers quickly. The staff is efficient, and I've never received a drink that was made incorrectly here.

This particular Dunkin' doesn't have a drive-thru, and I think that's a positive aspect. It allows for a moment of warmth and connection with customers, which gives the employees a sense of appreciation that you miss when communicating through a headset. I’ve never had to wait behind a car here.

It’s a pity there’s no drive-thru, but honestly, that might be what contributes to the better quality of the food—they take their time and focus on preparing it well rather than rushing to get it out the door.
