Now, I'm sad to say that this place is as bad as any other reviews I've read. I was just in her and there are many employees standing around and even.

I just went in with my niece and daughter to get donuts and coffee. My daughter didn’t get anything because she’s little. But the lady at the counter gave her a free donut!! Very sweet! Both ladies were talking to her and being sweet!

Location has gone over the cliff since the Indian owners sold it. It used to be ram great. Orders were always ready. Now service is slow. They forget about mobile orders, items are always out of stock. Stay away from this location. Go to another Dunkin Visualizza piatti

A year ago this review would have been 5 stars, but I have been vastly disappointed with the new ownership/staff. My family comes for donuts every weekend and almost every time over the last couple months they have been out of the donuts we have wanted. Probably time to go to a different location.

This place is absolutely one of my favorites to visit everything about them is great i live how I can order ahead and they know me as soon as I walk in the door. Even sometimes when it do not order ahead most of the know who I am so when they see me pull up the already start my order. Most of the people I encounter her are great. And the food and coffee is amazing

I used to crave my morning dunkin coffee, sometimes I'd go twice in one day... it was a staple in our home of 6. Since it changed owners, all the recipes are off. My iced coffee tastes burnt and bitter it even looks way different when its made. I gave the new ownership an honest try but after several visits decided its too expensive to dump down the drain. Since the whole staff changed, everything went downhill with the new staff. They need to get it together and pay attention to detail instead of throwing everything together to get it over with in a rush. Ordered a frozen matcha latte, which is blended, what we got was ice chunks, matcha chunks, and a huge piece of ice the size of my palm. Never had this type of experience from this location ever…. quite disappointed!!

since the new owners took over this place, it has become worse than I had ever thought. since the takeover of the new management has never been a single order, drinks, eating or doing anything right. the fact that they can't say the difference between coffee and tee has buried me, but hey, you can't fix stupid. it might have been a 2 star rating if the manager/owner has taken over responsibility, but instead they are filled with unpleasant rude service after they screw up the dinge. please do not visit this place. they give dünkin a bad name and have to close the ass.

As my associates and I ambulated into this donut shoppe, we were immediately taken aback by the lack of donuts on the shelf. Mind you, this was pre-noon. My initial scoffing was then followed with hope that supplementary donuts existed in the back of the store. My associates and I walked to the counter with a sense of intrigue. This sense was immediately shot down by the lassie behind the counter. We inquired about the diminutive and shameful selection. To my bewilderment, she turned her back to us as she recited the flavors with a voice that resembled a whisper.
