"Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. You either get a cold bagel that hasn’t been toasted when requested, or a burnt bagel almost inedible. Both with either 2 lbs of cream cheese or a thin layer. Coffee is inconsistent. Service, as well, is hit or miss. You either get a cheery person at the drive thru or someone who doesn’t say a word except the total. Service industry as a whole has gone downhill, quickly, and unfortunately this location is a victim of this. Go 1 mile up to another one if you have the chance. We only use the drive thru but the location is very consistent. Drive thru is fast and the cashiers are usually polite.

In drive through for 20 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me with nothing happening at the drive thru window. I just drove off.

They always mess up my order, take too long, and throw my frosted donuts upside down in the bag. Oh and they short your hashbrowns almost every single time. Favorite dunks! The location is good. It's not hectic and difficult to drive thru/park like others. Almost never out of drinks/food unlike a few others also in the area. Constantly closes the dining area on the weekends with no warning. For those of us that use the mobile pickup on the app it is a major hassle. We now have to sit through the drivethru line to pickup and order that would take 2 seconds to walk in and pickup. So it begs the question..... Why use the app that they push so hard?
