The Ihog is the best Italian hoagie around. We split it because it is way too much for one person. It's perfect for 2 people. We got the zucchini planks appetizers. They were amazing as well. The bar tender is great at making cocktails when you ask for something sweet. She never disappoints.

Updating after 2 years.tried again. The waitress was amazing, food lack luster. If I go to place named chicken nicks I expect fresh chicken not a patty. fries were average. Probably the cleanest bar in Ambridge. It’s non-smoking so no one blowing smoke in your face while you’re trying to eat. They have really good drink specials and pricing. I would say everything besides their chicken is tenders are killer. The chicken tenders and fried chicken and fries can be tough. Their wings are really good though. Have to try the original seasoning. Also they give you good portions for the price on their meals. Separate room for pool table and darts and plenty of PA skill machines.

I usually order takeout from this restaurant, but the food is truly delicious. They offer handcrafted chicken dishes that will satisfy your cravings. It's a bar/restaurant, but the food is definitely worth the price. This is the best chicken shop in Ambridge. I highly recommend trying the crispy chicken cheese fries with Ranch Dressing, it's a favorite among customers. The taco salad also comes with pita chips that are so good they could be sold on their own. Parking is available in a small lot across the street from their outdoor patio, or you can park on the street on Duss.

My husband and I visited this restaurant after 20 years of being away. I understood that this was under new management and we wanted to see if the wings were as good as they once were.The seasoning was just as good and we were very impressed. The old owners always gave full wings, but we can overlook that. The service by Kara was impeccabile. She was welcoming and very prompt. The restaurant has definitely expanded and looks beautiful after the renovations. The only point I took off was the number of doors in front.
