The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They offered a selection of sorbet and four vegan ice cream flavors, as well as vegan baked goods.

There are numerous vegan ice cream choices available at this restaurant, and personally, I believe they have a superior taste and texture compared to Sweet Cow!

This is a fantastic place to grab lunch, snacks, or treats, particularly the frozen options! The order counter may be crowded when it's busy, but the patio and splash park outside provide plenty of seating to relax and watch the kids burn off their energy. Parking can be a bit challenging, but the service is consistently excellent!

The restaurant offers a fantastic Build Your Own sandwich option with Tofu as a choice. I was informed that the organic bread is suitable for vegans. Although they have run out of tofu a few times during my visits, I can't resist creating my favorite tofu, avocado, cucumber, carrot, spinach, and avocado sandwich, so I keep coming back. There is a fantastic build-your-own sandwich option at this restaurant where you can choose tofu. I was informed that the organic bread is vegan. They offer a variety of toppings to choose from, but I personally love creating a tofu, avocado, cucumber, carrot, spinach, and avocado sandwich. I wish they had more vegan baked goods, but they do occasionally have vegan cupcake options. I highly recommend this place for vegans and anyone looking for a delicious, customizable sandwich experience.

As a vegan, I've often seen the dairy eating people trying tons of different flavours of ice cream on tiny spoons and felt a little jealous... if there are any options at all for me it's usually one sorbet. Not at Eats and Sweets! The tiny spoons are back in my world! The counter staff said they typically have 2 3 flavours of vegan ice cream made by Sweet Action ice cream (in Denver) and ice/sorbet varieties too. The selection changes all the time but the strawberry vegan is made with coconut cream and soy (but doesn't have that coconut y taste) and is absolutely perfect you could never tell it was vegan. The carrot cake caramel and coffee donut are interesting too. One downside (or upside)...
