"Bagels were so so at this location but the customer service was definitely lacking. our order was messed up we got an order of 13 bagels and asked for four of them to be cut and toasted, they cut and toasted 10 of them not sure how that message got lostwe were the first customers of the day and I was pretty clear on what to cut and toast. So I took the bagels back up to thecounter informed them of the error and they said they would take care of it. Meanwhile I was eating outside where they couldclearly see me and I figured they would prepare the new bagels and bring them out to me at the table since there was literallyno other customers in the store. But no, I had to make the effort and head back inside where they had the bagels waiting for meat the counter. Is it too much to ask for in this day and age to ask the rising generation to make a little extra effortespecially since they goofed up on the order, the least they could do is bring the right order out to me so I don?t have to beinterrupted while I was eating my other bagels."

The turkey sandwich had dead lettuce that was pretty gross, but otherwise tasty. The hash brown tasted old. The Lox was great, but my opinion was it really needed more onion.

Second time they have gave me the wrong sandwich and both times I ordered after 1 O clock . If you want your sandwich done correctly you have to order around 11am or expect it to be wrong. Super disappointing.

We ordered a large catering selection from Einstein Bros. Bagels, and they truly exceeded our expectations! The Nova Lox was okay, but I really miss how they used to serve it—without it being in a sandwich. This way, there’s way too much cream cheese. The pizza bagel is typically served warm, but this time it was quite cold, almost like it had been sitting out too long before being packaged. I hope my next visit is an improvement.

I feel bad leaving a one star review because Lonni is great but the lady that was bossing her around this morning is not. I've been ordering 8-10 sandwiches on the app every week for months now at a few different stores. This is the first time I've had towait 20 minutes after the pickup time and the lady making the sandwiches was ticked that I hadn't placed a catering order. Iplaced the order more than an hour ahead of when I wanted to pick it up. Unfortunately the system doesn't print the order until15 minutes before the pick up time. This is no excuse for poor customer service. I'm not sure if we'll order at this locationagain.
