Fantastic restaurant! The food was amazing—unlike some Mexican places where the meat can be overly salty or even the beans are too salty. The staff was attentive and friendly. We drove all the way from Reedley, which takes about 30-40 minutes, just to eat at El Charro.

I came into Tulare to work and I found this delicious restaurant! The food is delicious! I ordered a carne asada burrito, well I was surprised at how good the burrito tasted! I have to give 5 stars the food is the best Mexican food I have tasted In Tulare CA. The restaurant is clean and the customer service is outstanding! Try this place ! Fresh and cooked to perfection!
