"The place was SPOTLESS. Great salads. The birria tacos were good, but, I think really pricey. Only 2 tacos fo4 $11.99. I got them cuz my mother in law really wanted to try them. Even though they were really good, I won't be buying them again...because I can buy a combo platter with birria, and choose 3 sides for $9.99 at another restaurant and it's just as good. Also, El Pollo Loco needs to add more options on the kids menu. It's rather limited. With all that, everything they make is ALWAYS ALWAYSS DELISH"

The food arrived fresh and steaming hot. I consistently receive excellent quality from the Carson location.

Chicken had decent flavor but it was dry. Not as good when I had it in my youth. I'll try again and hopefully they were just having an off day.

The food was delicious, but the customer service could certainly use some improvement. I've visited this place several times, and I've never experienced any unpleasant incidents.

We go here fairly regularly and never are disappointed. Except for tonight. I ordered a baja tostada bowl and it was nothing but lettuce.. sad to say its the worst bowl I've gotten. Hopefully will be the last. Visualizza piatti

We dined here just last week, and we're already planning to return. This restaurant specializes in whole chicken, and true to its name, the chicken dishes are absolutely delightful. The tacos and tostadas were also quite tasty. The vegetables tasted very fresh. We placed our order online and picked up our meal. The prices are reasonable too.

This place is dirty. The concrete path is tacky by spilled drinks and is full of discarded rubber. The garbage can be disgusting right in front of the main entrance. Inside, items are stored in customer areas. An empty soap container sat on the dirty sink in the master room. Our order was not correct. We will not be back without great changes in cleanliness and professionalism.
