I arrived on time for pickup, and they didn't even start preparing my order at that point. The employee was nice and tried to make up for it, but there's no compensation for wasting my time.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. The quesadillas and mole verde soup are delicious, but only available on certain days. The tacos Al pastor are fantastic, and I especially enjoy the horchata.
