Epping House Of Pizza

I went there for the first time the day before Thanksgiving. I was not happy to see sandwiches being made without wearing gloves, and no one was wearing a mask, despite the mask mandate in New Hampshire. I threw my sandwich away.

I am happy to see that this restaurant has finally closed. They were occupying a prime location in Epping without delivering good pizza or service. It seems like their goals were never focused on providing excellent food and customer service.

I had a disappointing experience with the chicken parmesan sandwich at this restaurant. The chicken was not real and had a spongy texture. There was hardly any chicken and very little sauce. I usually enjoy meals from House of Pizza, but this sandwich did not meet my expectations.

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered delivery to the gas station where I was working, just down the road. It took over an hour to arrive and when it did, the pizza was cold and the bread on the Italian sub was hard. I was extremely disappointed and will never order from them again.

I normally don't leave a review even if the service or the food wasn't great. I just won't go there again. This time I feel compelled to do so. We ordered our food and it took an additional 20 min. That's not what bothered me. I was amazed that the staff were not wearing masks or gloves while preparing food and greeting customers. The not wearing gloves while preparing food really bothers me. I am utterly disgusted and will never step foot in this establishment again. Not to mention an hour later I wasn't feeling so great. Visualizza piatti

I give this restaurant 2 stars because the food is good, but I had a negative experience when I went there for lunch at 11:30am during work hours. Despite the fact that their Facebook, Google, and website all said they were open, they were actually closed and not answering the phone or unlocking the door. It was disappointing that they did not inform customers of their closure or update their hours on major search engines. The hours posted on their door still said they opened at 11am. Good food, but poor business practices.

I called yesterday to place a takeout order at this restaurant. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a grilled chicken Caesar wrap. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, which was perfect. When I arrived, the staff was polite and efficient and had my food ready. I enjoyed my lunch at home. The pizza was hot and cooked perfectly, and the wrap was just right with plenty of chicken, salad, dressing, and croutons. This restaurant, a staple of the community, offers a delicious meal at a fair price. The food is tasty, served promptly, and reasonably priced. I also picked up a new menu and will definitely be trying more items, like their fried dough. Yes, they have fried dough! I will be back...

I've been here several times and never had an issue. But usually I order well ahead, get there pay, and leave. Today when I got there, my food wasn't quite ready yet so I was able to see the workers doing their jobs. During this time, I watched one worker making sandwiches and such with absolutely no gloves (and their mask on their chin). Touching toppings in their container, touching the bread to flatten them, scraping extra tuna salad off a spoon with their finger and they were stopping to wash their hands. One continue to touch her hair and face and other items around the store and then went straight to making a different sandwich. Honestly, I was even surprised that they were wearing mas...
