"Fat Burger has rude, ignorant, and unprofessional employees..they act like customers owe them something.. or as if they are not there to serve paying customers that keep them employed. Additionally, I do NOT understand why Fat Burger is allowing their employees short order cooks and food preparation employees) to walk around with a mask on with their noses fully exposed or REFUSING to wear a mask while preparing customers food..even after customers kindly requested that they cover their noses or grab a mask to put on before preparing customers food orders. Then to have employees arguing with customers about how paying customers should stay at home if they don't like Fat Burger employees not wearing a mask while preparing customers food... I will NEVER patronize any food establishment that has employees rudely taunting customers about how they don't care if they are going to be reported to Corporate or Franchise Owner s) for not wearing a mask and placing customers at risk. To be honest.. I can go to Sizzler or Applebee's for a Bacon Cheese Burger and French fries plus beverage for a few dollars less than to be bothered with Fat Burger and it's wreckless employees... or to be subjected to rude, harassing, and unprofessional behavior! These particular employee's who do not value customers should not be working with the public... At Sizzler or Applebee's I do receive great service, and not to mention responsible employees/staff that wear a mask.. Covid is still a thing, and I do not want anyone preparing my food without wearing a mask. Fat Burger obviously doesn't care about their customers, and don't blame it on poor training.. these are grown adults and probably have kids or teenagers that they are raising and teaching them the same type of behavior). There are too many other eating establishments that value and respect their customers; therefore I will go elsewhere and NEVER patronize Fat Burger ever again... My health is more important than your rude, wreckless, and unprofessional employees..that continue to REFUSE to wear a mask while preparing customers food! I asked for a refund and left... the customer behind me also left once he witnessed the 2 male employees short order cook not wearing a mask at all while standing over the food on the grill and food prep wearing a mask with his nose exposed and arguing with me and another customer about how we should stay at home if we don't like the fact that they were not wearing a mask while preparing food for customers. Then he continued to mock the situation and wave to the camera once I decided to video tape his unprofessional and rude behavior.. Franchise Owners are loosing customers and money behind a few unprofessional employees who don't care about their job or how they treat paying customers that have been loyal customers.. no worries I won't ever patronize Fat Burger ever again.. Like I said before.. there are many other eating establishments that value their customers and would never allo"
