"I walked in. The kid was immediately rushing me. I provided my phone number, and he tells me they are still preparing it. I explained that my husband placed the order over the phone, and we didn't do it online, because there is a price discrepancy online. As I tried to explain this he put his hand up to me to quiet me and answered the phone. Once he was off the phone he pretended I wasn't there. I proceeded to show him, he made sure I knew he was annoyed and said he didn't know it's just a typo on the price. I proceeded to ask if we ordered sweet and sour sauce. He again put his hand up to quiet me and answered the phone. I then asked about the sauce. He was annoyed and said I don't know and answered the phone again.I drove 30 minutes and dropped $80.00 to get terrible customer service. I work customer service and this would have instantly been a write up. You never know what type of day someone is having, or what someone is going through. I went out to my car and cried. Why couldn't he give me two minutes? Edit: ordered food at 4:15 pm. Kid said about an hour. Told me I had wait in the waiting room. It's 6:05 PM. I don't think they were still working on it, I don't think they had started it at all."
