"I enjoy supporting local businesses, but the recent management at Felton Music Hall is making that difficult. Who thought it was a good idea to put a timer on the menu QR code? This makes it hard for customers to access the menu. If you have questions, there’s no obvious way to get in touch—there’s no phone number provided. The bar staff seems unaware that the food service is now separate from the bar. How are locals supposed to know that the menu has changed? Is it actually different, or is the current menu just lacking in information? Is this a whole new restaurant? Essentially, customer service is nearly non-existent. Thankfully, the food is still good... if you can manage to get it. However, I was left unsure about what to expect with my order. Until there are some changes, I'm not sure when I’ll be back. I was hoping to pick up food before the Friday rush hour."

Nicest staff of any live music venue. Good views from just about any perch. Good food.

We visited this restaurant on Wednesday for dinner and to catch our friends' band from Hawaii. It had been a while since our last visit, prior to the pandemic. We ordered the fried chicken sliders, chicken shawarma, and a burger. Everything was fantastic! Our bartender, Carmen, was great. Highly recommend checking it out!

Tasty food! I've been here several times for shows and grabbed dinner before hand and I've never been disappointed. I think the food served here is a hidden gem in Felton. This is the only place in Santa Cruz that makes a decent fried chicken. I highly recommend calling in early to place an order. It's so good they usually sell out within 2 hours of opening.

It 's been two years since they changed owners. We saw a show there recently. It 's a dump; worse than it was before. It 's still a bar with little regard for a music show. NO seats on the floor except a few on the sides; you stand if you want to be in front. It 's pitch dark, no regard for Covid safety, very forbidding. Food, beer? Bad. It 's the last place you 'd want to go to see a show. There are so many other MUCH better places to go. If the band we saw wasn 't great, I 'd never set foot in this place. Visualizza piatti

This venue is fantastic for live music, with amazing food—especially the string fries and chicken strips, which are absolutely delicious! The bartenders and food runners are top-notch as well. However, I experienced something quite unsettling during my visit. At a reggae show, I saw a security staff member aggressively knock joints out of people’s hands and yell at them. This behavior was completely out of sync with the atmosphere of the venue and the event itself. It was a disappointing way to handle the situation, and it was shocking to see such extreme actions taken so quickly.

We stopped in for a drink mid afternoon on a Saturday. The bartender Mellini was friendly and inviting. Started off with a local Pilsner which was delicious and ice cold. Then had a margarita which was top notch, nice work Mellini! The food looked and sounded delicious but we weren't super hungry yet so we just got some home made potato chips which were a perfect snack. They didn't have live music that day but the venue is a perfect size and they have some great acts come through. Looking forward to coming back to see a show, and will definitely stop in early for dinner and a couple perfect margaritas. Cheers Felton Music Hall!

I arrived early for dinner and drinks before a show and found a decent crowd. However, I was able to place my order quickly. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and attentive. The jalapeño poppers were fantastic—cooked to perfection, though be aware that the heat level varies from pepper to pepper. My friend claimed the coleslaw was the best he had ever tasted, and I have to agree; it was delicious. The tater tots were spot on, but the burger could have used more salt. I had the jack and bacon burger, but it tasted a bit bland. The music venue itself has limited seating, but there were plenty of available seats once the show started. Visualizza piatti

Friday night fried chicken at this little town spot in the Bay consistently exceeds my expectations. I always order the family-sized meal along with a second four-piece meal, which comes with mashed potatoes and gravy, potato salad, and two mac and cheeses. The food is always outstanding. Be sure to start with the delightful pretzel—it's everything a fresh pretzel should be, and the cheese sauce is incredibly good. We visit every three weeks and I always look forward to the ciders on tap. I never would have imagined that this place would be as excellent as it is. Kudos to the chef—the food is consistently amazing! The honey butter on the fresh biscuits is unbelievably good; I've never had a...

If you're looking for a great place to eat in Felton, this is the spot to try. When you first walk in, you're greeted by a large bar, but don’t let that distract you—the real treasure lies in the kitchen. They serve the best barbacoa tacos I've ever tasted, along with crispy and delicious French fries, a tasty shawarma wrap (a welcome addition to the menu!), fantastic burgers, and who can resist tater tots? The clientele is mostly local, but on show nights, the place fills up quickly with visitors from around the Bay Area coming to see performances by artists like KT Tunstall, Matthew Sweet, John Craigie, Todd Snyder, Steve Earle, Don Flemons, and more. This restaurant is truly a gem in the...

"Uh I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. I'll tell you why they have plenty of business coz there is NO other bagel place in Scotts Valley currently that is. So there's no competitor to this business and they sure do take advantage of that. Ownership is ok, sometimes some of the female staff has been rude and dismissive. The guy at the counter is ok, minimal interaction. I think its new ownership since a few years ago perhaps. But they all do not care how they make your bagels. Bagels are over toasted, burnt and flavorless. This photo is nothing compared to last time I had the same garlic bagel where it was so burnt that it was inedible. This time I requested lightly toasted and this is what I got. Yeah you do taste that burn on your bagel. The guy at the cash register didn't even bother to register when mentioned to have it lightly toasted. They gonna make it their way and that's the only way. They won't bother with making it enjoyable. I mean come on, the toppings for bagels are decent at least. But when your bagels are burnt and somewhat flavorless, it makes it hard to justify any eating experience here. Not to mention their bagels are not cheap, for about $10 a pop (as of now) they can do way better. But they won't coz they don't care and there's no one to compete with them and take their business away. Their boba looks and tastes miserable, have tried it only once. Haven't tried their coffee and I wouldn't bother coz if as a bagel shop they can't make decent bagels then I doubt anything else would be much better. The place is very small. Indoors just a couple spots to sit. Outdoors plenty of seating at least. None of those tables are ever really cleaned so bring a sanitizer to wipe things down yourself. They'll give you everything in to go paper bags. Don't offer reusable dishes and silverware. Anyway I just wish they bothered to make decent bagels for once, not burn them completely and have somewhat reasonable prices. I guess that's too much to ask. I sure hope this is my last time here ever but like I said there's no other bagel spots in SV so I keep ending up here in desperate last minute hungry times. In summary I'd say it won't super suck to have food here but that it will suck that is a yes for sure. Good luck!"
