"I ordered the pork chop, which was a very thin piece of boneless pork loin. Over cooked and dry. The “roasted “ Brussels sprouts were not roasted but an over cooked steamed Brussels sprout. The entree was very disappointing. The service was very slow. Overall I live the ambience and it’s close to home so I’ll give it another try."

"Sorry to say, strike three. The food is mediocre at best. You get the impression you are in for a 5 star meal at an upscale restaurant. What you get is below average food at a dive bar but pay 4-5 star prices. Giving fancy descriptions to the food doesn't make it fancy. Place is rather dumpy to be honest. Looks like they are trying to rustic and quaint, but it is a dump. The waitress/bar maid is awful. Sloppily dressed. Drinks and curses at the bar with patrons. Been here three times, each time the same waitress, and each time the same result. She drinks with bar patrons, and ignores tables. I had to get up and go to the bar to order second round of drinks. I often wonder how places like this stay open. Bar patrons and bar maid are loud, cursing and drinking like sailors. If you are looking for a decent meal, pass this one by. Service: 1 Location: 1"

"The pizza was phenomenal. I mean it was huge and packed with toppings. They chose to please their customers and skimp on nothing. They’re after my business. They want return customers. And I will return. Next time I’ll try pasta dishes to see if they are as good as the pizza. Service was great. The inside was like any other place. But I’ll take great food and great service over looks any day. Stay tuned. Vegetarian options: Who doesn’t like veggie pizzas or pastas without meat? Vegetarians have a huge selection to choose from. Kid-friendliness: Looks really family friendly. And kids love pizza."

"My friends and I had a great experience here. The venue and grounds were stunning. It was also nice to have a full kitchen and tasty food on location. Many wineries/vineyards I've been to have don't have food or snacks available for purchase! The food, provided by Trattoria di Fiore, was stellar! We got the truffle pizza special : The wine tasting flights were definitely pricey with little pours, that was probably the only downside. But if you bought a bottle to split with friends, the prices were very fair and the wine was very enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend doing that! I don't agree with the few negative reviews here. Why would you assume a winery/vineyard is kid friendly in the first place? The venue, website, and other links clearly state it is 21+. It's also selfish to assume adults paying for a nice, calm, vineyard experience want to listen to screaming children or have their wine potentially knocked over by running children. I truly don't understand these parents that think the world revolves around them and their children and that the rest of the world has to cater to them. Overall, will definitely be back! It is a very memorable place!"

"This review takes into consideration the entire experience. Some good. Some, well, not so good. Made the reservation through Open Table well in advance for a Thursday at 5 pm. Requested a table or booth for 2 in the bar area. Also used the feature that allows you to declare at special occasion being celebrated. For DW and I, it was our 43rd wedding anniversary. Greeted at the door and seated at a nice compact 2 top table in the bar by the fireplace right next to a four top that was set for 2. Our server, Eve, welcomed us and pointed to the specials board and then told us that they were out of the Poulet, Meatloaf and Croquets menu items. There went our hoped-for entree, The Poulet. Drinks were ordered and proved to be okay. Eve was acting bartender and did okay. Apps and mains were ordered. DW had the Baklava, and I had the Mussels. Both were excellent and are recommended. A big disappointment was that the mains came out while we were still enjoying our apps. They had to be placed on a near-by table until we rushed through our remaining bites. DW had the Short Ribs which turned out great. I had ordered the Cowboy Filet, and it didn 't come close to my medium rare request. Another problem was that Eve never returned to ask how our dinners were. If Eve had, I would have pointed out the overcooked meat and requested a new preparation. But unfortunately, that never happened. I left the filet, cut in half, on display on my plate. When Eve did return, I refused the box and showed the condition of the filet. After some discussion and Eve making a trip to the kitchen, the Filet Diner was removed from our check. A just settlement to the situation. DW and I then shared the cheesecake and enjoyed the coffee. For a top-end highly rated restaurant our experience was a half and half result. Half very good and half, not so good. Finally, a recommendation would also have to be a so-so recommendation. Lastly, our anniversary was never mentioned."
