Firehouse Subs - Piatti

The first time here yesterday. I love the background behind the sandwich/sub shop. I had a chicken bacon sandwich. Very good, but much too big for me to finish.

I Usually love Firehouse. Not this one. No fricking meat. Update: 6/17/18. Gave ya guys another chance (like you asked). Service was slow and not friendly at all. Won't be giving anymore chances here.

I got a free medium for my birthday since I have Firehouse Sub rewards app, I really enjoyed it! Such as nice staffs that made the DELICIOUS sub! It?s highly recommended! It?s perfect for you after your workout or long day! Of course, I often stop by fewtimes because I do want to support firehouse firemen who rescue save people.

The food is incredible, but the service is extremely slow. I placed an online order from my car, with a designated pick-up time of 20 minutes. During that time, there was only one other customer in the store, yet they hadn’t even started on my sub after the full 20 minutes. It ended up taking them an additional 18 minutes to prepare a single sub for me.

We visited FireHouse Subs for some sandwiches, and we had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly patient with my daughter, who has special needs, and the food was delicious. Everyone was kind, friendly, and polite, ensuring that my daughter's meal and her Make A Wish day were truly special. Danielle and the team were amazing! We can't wait to return and see your smiling faces again. Thank you, FireHouse Subs, for such a great experience!

That's the third time they screwed up our order. The manager was less than helpful. Customer service is obviously not a high priority. They are rude, dismissed lack of real customer service experience skills. Unfortunately, I love her underpants, but I guess we pay extra to have Jimmy John's lower part. You haven't messed up our orders in the last 4 years. My family I make a point to order food at least once a week from our local restaurants to support local businesses.
