The sub shop in the city used to be great, but recently the bread has started to taste dry and stale. They've changed the recipe, and it's no longer chewy or flavorful. Additionally, the hot subs are often served lukewarm. The quality at Firehouse has really declined. Visualizza piatti

they never spread the meat all the way to the end so you get bread on each end of a large instead of a well balanced sub sandwich. I requested well done toasted bread and it's not toasted or barely. they don't have hot Sriracha sauce packets in stock. didn't include pickle spear either.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Rafael and Jacob for being awesome stewards of the Firehouse Subs brand. They will go out of there way to accommodate everyone. Glad I stopped in and ate there and will definitely be back very soon. Subs are amazing and the bread is super tasty. And this company gives back to our first responders too! Win win win.

Honestly, I support first responders and I always liked the sandwiches. Generally nice staff also. Unfortunately, the food is already overpriced, and then card reader asks you to tip the employee. ... that's pretty bold for a place that don't even have french fries. Two weeks ago, I ordered a sub online and arrived about 30 minutes later to pick it up. I waited around 10 minutes in the empty shop before I was finally asked if I was there for a delivery service. When I mentioned my order, I was informed that they were out of tuna. I requested to cancel my order, but the employee told me I had to do it through the app, even though I couldn't find a way to cancel it there. He assured me that he would notify his manager about processing a refund, which would take a few days. Now, almost two weeks have passed, and I've yet to receive my sub or my refund.

It was once a great place for sandwiches, but during my last visit, the medium sub I ordered was noticeably smaller—less than two-thirds the size of what I used to get. I’m not just talking about the toppings; even the bread was significantly smaller than the usual container for a medium sub. Yet, the price stayed the same. To add to the disappointment, the Philly steak tasted like it came out of a package and was just reheated at the restaurant instead of being freshly made. It was tough and lacked any real flavor.
