"(Beaumont/Firehouse) The girl comes by after I made a sub, NOT took her gloves, ringing my order and wipes her fingers on her ribbed nose then on her side, still NOT clean gloves on, I ordered the kids meal without the fire hat to make 20 minutes, 2 orders, OHNE dirty gloves for her order, begins to make my, still NO cleanses gloves, now she puts the whole meat away! Apple juice was good, premixed, treat rice dried and stale, oh and my Browney was so discussed was thrown away, I was so disappointed that I would have traveled through them to the cats, I would have returned in the car again, yes, but I am disabled by then traffic was bumper to bumper.... my experience was so annoying I probably never go back there again. Seems to clean up Kovid cleanliness is no longer an option...."

The restaurant is great and definitely worth a visit! However, when I tried to redeem my free yellow cup for giving a 5-star rating, the cashier seemed a bit confused. This offer was clearly stated on the ordering window, so it was a little surprising.

My wife, I came for our first experience and it was very disappointing. Both of our sub-parts lacked bacon, my had onions, which I did not ask for, and my girl had added a pimple she asked for none. The subs were not bad, but the general professionalism cleanliness lacks

Eaten here at least a dozen times over the last year and every time is great. The staff here are fantastic! The few times that my order was made incorrectly, they immediately fixed it and made certain I was comp'ed for for my trouble. Everything here isclean and it's a great spot to enjoy your food.

I had food poisoning from this place and now my stomach cannot keep food down. These people must've mishandled my food from the previous review. I HAD THIS DELIVERED and I can't believe people are so careless with other people's food.....not washing hands and not using clean gloves. COVID IS STILL AROUND INCLUDING GERMS!!! Visualizza piatti

My wife and I visited for our first experience, and we were quite disappointed. Both of our subs were missing bacon, mine had onions that I didn’t request, and my wife’s had a pimple (we're assuming you meant 'pickle') that she didn’t ask for. While the subs themselves weren’t terrible, we felt that the overall professionalism and cleanliness could use some improvement.

I visited The Firehouse for the first time instead of going to Subway, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and far superior sandwiches. Trent was one of the key staff members who assisted us today, and he was fantastic. The entire team was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. If you're in the area, definitely stop by! P.S. Trent deserves a promotion!
