The T-Mobile Tuesday deal was amazing! The Italian sandwich was absolutely delicious. Even though the restaurant was busy and we had to wait for a little while, it was definitely worth it.

I was unable to locate any record of my pickup order. The staff, including the manager, were unhelpful and declined to issue a refund. Consequently, I ended up paying for food that I never received.

I visited this restaurant for the second time, and once again, I found both the subs and the service to be outstanding and truly enjoyable. I highly recommend trying the Fireworks sub—it's a must-try! Visualizza piatti

Was disappointed in the length of time it took to prepare my combo as well as the portion compared to price. I would have expected for such a lengthy wait and $12 cost for medium sandwich, a quarter bag of chips and medium drink that i would at leastbe full. Had to supplement my meal with additional lunch meat from the fridge.

Came to grab a quick lunch. From the start it wasn't going well. The drink machine is broke, so can get bottled drinks or sweet tea. Okay, that is manageable. Then they are out of wheat buns for sandwiches. Then they run out if ham...Sounds like a big manager issue at this point. Another customer asked for Mac and cheese and guess what...out of that as well.So after about 20 minutes of waiting for our sandwiches, mine was without any cheese. I dont even bother asking for a remake because it is pointless.This place needs some assistance and a cleaning crew. Even though the workers were drowning without proper items, they were polite. I honestly don't understand what's going on with this firehouse. I'm not sure if they just don't care or if there's a real issue with reading orders, but my order is wrong more often than it's right. Every single time I've ordered delivery through Grubhub, there's been an error. I've placed multiple orders each week, and their failure rate is about 85%. It's baffling. Every other firehouse I've tried has been fantastic. After a year of dining here, I find myself having to drive all the way back to get my food remade because they refuse to resend the order. I’m not one to ask for a manager or escalate things to corporate, but this is just too much. It's really frustrating.

This location does NOT give priority to app orders. Three times I have order by the FH App and three times they don't even start the order until you arrive and check in, even though the App accepted payment and indicates your order should be ready. The appis flawed as it only anticipates the order is being timely filled based on the time of the order. This FH location is flawed inthat it doesn't fill app orders until you come in, even if the app says it should be ready. Three times is enough. I will notuse this app anymore and I will not wait nearly 35 minutes for the order to be filled after arrival. DO NOT go here unless youhave plenty of time to waste. The food is not that good.

I understand that businesses can get busy and may overlook things occasionally, and I usually try to let it slide. However, I placed an online order for pickup at 12:35, but didn’t receive my order until around 12:50. I had ordered a sub for someone else and a salad for myself, using a reward for the salad. I customized both items, and the changes were reflected on my receipt. Unfortunately, I had to hurry back to work, so I couldn't check my order before leaving. The sandwich was fine, but my salad was completely wrong. It feels like every time I visit this location, something goes amiss with my order, and it seems like the staff doesn’t really care.
