Firehouse Subs Embassy Oaks

It's 8:45 pm the door is open and unlocked and the workers tell me that they're closed. They are supposed to close at 9 pm make it make sense

my wife and I thought to be a delicious sandwich! hook n ladder is great. the place was clean and the staff was friendly. I can't wait to go back.

They need better communication between the staff. I waited 45 mins for one sub. They were fully staffed just lacked communication. They were running around getting nothing accomplished. I love fire house subs but I won't be returning to this location.

I've have called 38 times in the last 3 hours to try to place an order and nobody picks up. I tried to do this before at the same location as via Uber the steak sub does not show as an option and I placed the order and it came completely wrong. Terrible customer service

The people who work on this place are the worst. Losing commands, making orders wrong, forever making a simple order, unable to understand problems, turning off 45 min before closing, doing so a bad task to clean it?s rough. I went to this location about 12:30pm on a Saturday. There were 2 families sitting in the dining area. There was only one person working. She told me it will be about 10 minutes until I take your order because I am the only one working, unless you want get a job here and help me . I told her that I don 't live in this part of town. I then decided to leave. As I was walking out the door, she said thank you . I didn 't order and I won 't return to this location.

That's the bar FAR, the worst fire place. I have a Turkey Bacon Ranch with NO-Bacon OR Ranch... how is that even possible? I've never called a place. The sweet girl Deliah (or Della) is not safe, excused and assured that I could return for a replacement order for free. I called a few weeks later to make an order. I'll let them know that this takes care of my last order. The man on the phone asked me how long this happened before. I told him a few weeks. I break this special Firehouse Sub occasionally on my way home from work. The workers are always friendly and helpful. Last Wednesday they were helpful above the top! I ordered my sandwich (always delicious) and when I went to pay my wallet, I couldn't find it anywhere. So I told the cashier not to make the sandwich because I couldn't find my wallet to pay. Don't worry. We get each layer a free meal, so I'll give you mine.? I said I couldn't do this several times, but he insisted. Wow! I couldn't believe he would.
