There is food is great.ja they were packed every time I was, but they have always brought our food out as fast as they can. Managers and employees are very worthy of our business

Food was great! They are brand new in the city and for the flock of people dressing at the door I think I waited the right time. The cashier I felt so bad for looked scared of death. You could say that was new to her. I'll eat there again, they'll only be better by time.

Sandwiches are usually good, but I got a salad today and the lettuce and meats were all frozen. Got about two bites into it and couldn?t eat any more. I usually enjoy their food, but they seem to have gotten worse as of late. Also, the ladies working at this location are sort of rude sometimes. Visualizza piatti

I arrived at 9:00 PM, unaware that they closed at that time. However, they still took my order, which was wonderful since the food wasn't for me. I was even greeted warmly. I really appreciated the effort to take my order, which reflects their world-class service. The dining experience was truly excellent.

Was in there july 3rd 2022. About 5:10 pm. Dining room very dirty. Not at all busy so plenty time to clean it. Had highchairs covered in plastic assuming because covid regs. Yet leave dining room dirty. Floor at drink station was covered in sticky drinks. Sweet tea all over countertop. Dirty tables. Really dirty on floor around tables.

I love the place, go there several times a month. That being said. It seems to be dropping in quality lately. Untoasted stale bread, skimpy on the sauce for subs like the brisket and cheese, and just slamming on so much lettuce ect that you can't eat the sub without a fork and knife without ruining your chest. Idk what's going on but sub.... assemblers? Need a wake up call. Cause I'm giving it about 2 more tries then I'm just done, would rather spend the 15 bucks on a pickup order from a resturant. My son and I ate here on Saturday! It wasn't packed, but it was pretty busy. From the moment we went in the door, we were greeted from 3 different sides. The checkout was quick and very friendly. Our food came out quickly and was exactly the way we ordered it. They checked us a few times while we ate our lunch. The guy behind the counter that made the food was super friendly for everyone who went in the door and welcomed everyone. Overall great experience, food and personnel. We will visit frequently.

EDIT: I edit my first rating of 3 stars and change them to 4. I gave them another chance, and it was much better this time. The restaurant was clean and the staff was more friendly. They still don't look like they want to be much there, but they talked to me and were polite. First, the three stars instead of one or two stars, because the sandwiches were very good. They were made as if we had ordered them. The three stars instead of four or five are due to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customer service. When we ordered our sandwiches and went to pay, we realized that the staff member had assumed we wanted small subs. When we pointed out that we wanted large ones, he gave us an annoyed look, sighed, and explained that he would have to delete and re-enter the entire order. To me, it seemed like it would have been simple to ask rather than assume, especially since it was only three sandwiches. He managed to fix the order, but it took about 10 minutes for it to be ready. My sister and her husband were both happy with their Hook and Ladder sandwiches. I chose the Engineer but wasn’t quite as satisfied.
