Firehouse Subs Palm Bay

The restaurant has a strong smoke smell and could benefit from improved ventilation. Despite this, the service is friendly and the food is delicious.

The service was a bit slow and the bread was very soggy, which was disappointing. However, what I really love about Firehouse is the flavors and portion sizes.

There's no bathroom here and for some reason they don't take a plasma card which I mind ironic since firefighters need plasma donors and firehouse support firefighters seriously don't come here they'll steal your money before they make you food! Worst place ever

telephone and approx. 20 minutes later brought to the restaurant. If they told me the phone, it would be ready in 10 minutes. then I sat here for a total of 30 minutes to listen to them as I wait for my sub, and I still don't have it for 35 minutes as I write. now I find out that they were sitting behind the counter waiting. so bad service! super disappointed because I usually love eating here. but will think in future

The lady that answers the phone on Saturday morning is extremely rude! First she answers the phone 8 minutes before they open, lets me say everything and then says we need to call back in 10 minutes when they open. So we call back.......try to order two party platters (which I said 10 minutes earlier) and she proceeds to tell me they need 24 hours. I had the hero sub. And although it was quite tasty, I felt like I had a lot more bread than I had meat on my sandwich. I felt a bit rushed in making my order, even though there was nobody else in line. The young man taking the orders was talking so fast, could not really follow what he was saying, as far as asking what type of bread, what you wanted included on the sandwich and if you wanted chips and soda. He was talking a mile a minute and again I felt rushed in the whole process.

I am a delivery driver for Bite Squad and had orders to pick up at this restaurant at 6:45. I arrived on time and was told by the cashier that my order would be ready shortly. However, I ended up waiting for over half an hour as other customers who arrived after me were served before me. The staff seemed to prioritize other orders over mine, even though it was just two regular subs. Eventually, my order was finally ready at 7:20, despite being promised for 6:45. The service was slow and disorganized, with the staff appearing more concerned with joking around than serving customers efficiently. It was a disappointing experience overall.

so far I have come three times after firehouse, and the subs are always amazing. However, the last two times I have come into order, I feel extremely unpleasant. it started the second time I got a sub. I ordered the same as always (veggie sub with weizenbrot), the sub had been on it, and since I can't eat cheese, I went back to ask for a new one. I was not aware that the sub-cheese had on it, because when a cashier listed the ingredients for me, they did not come. that was no problem at all, the problem was when I explained my situation to a hired person, they continued to laugh while on the back. this continued during the production of my sub.
