"I really enjoy this place. Only issue is with online orders. I've ordered online about 4 times. Each time my food was not correct.. Silly enough I was kind of intimated to order inside but the employees were very kind. They will totally not judge you for questions even if you feel intimidated I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Plus as a pickle addict I do fancy their pickles. Plus their tuna is way better than some other sandwich place that's pretty close lol. Also they do have a tip jar if you're into being extra nice to ppl who handle your food."

I order firehouse quite often and my sandwich has never been wrong, i don?t know what?s going on with staff today 6/9/22 but, the attitudes, and nasty looks were through the roof. My sandwich was also wrong, gave me the wrong bread and there was no mayo on it either. it is the first bad experience i?ve had at the portland location so i will give them the benefit of the doubt, but staff really needs to work on their customer service.

My goodness from the polite gentleman on the phone to the first bite, ALL AROUND 100 STARS IF I COULD! I would not mind driving 30-45min. for this again! I am so full and have not even gotten half way with my sandwich! Once the nice gentleman said I could add mushrooms, oh gosh it was likeT the heavens sung!! Visualizza piatti

Firehouse consistently delivers amazing food, and this location is no exception. Each time I order a sandwich, they do a fantastic job, and it’s always delicious. The sandwiches are well-prepared, without being messy or overcooked. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The hot subs are a great choice any time of day. The staff is also very helpful when it comes to making selections. Whenever I’ve dined in, the restaurant has been clean and pleasant to eat in. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to enjoy a meal.
