"I’m fortunate enough to visit Italia twice a year, and I always look forward to the fantastic food. This time, I found that Firenze has a great menu and uses all the right ingredients, but they made it seem a bit too simple. The carpaccio did need lemon to enhance the flavors, but there was so much lemon that it overpowered the dish. The gnocchi with mushrooms was decent, but surprisingly bland compared to my previous experiences. Perhaps it was just an off night for the kitchen? On a positive note, the tiramisu did not disappoint and was truly delicious."

Food was just average., out of two of the more desirable choices, Ravioli and focaccia, seriously. Food felt and tasted like premade and heated up.

The dining experience is not as enjoyable as it was when it was Osteria de la Pace. It felt more like being in the company of friends rather than being at a restaurant. There seemed to be a lack of passion coming from the kitchen.

This is a beautiful venue with fabulous views from the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The food is fantastic—very authentic, like you’re eating in Italy. Service is impeccable—warm, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything was served in a timely manner, but without rushing you. A great place for a special occasion.
