"Very disappointing! We went to Five Guys for a milkshake, burger, and fries, but they were out of milkshakes! I was really let down, and our burgers were not customized as we had requested—what happened to service? The fries, burgers, and hot dogs were decent, but nothing special. The soda machine wasn't working properly either; the drinks had no flavor. The place was quite messy. Throughout our meal, there was a constant loud noise from the machines. We decided to leave this fast food restaurant to avoid a headache. I never thought I'd say this, but Five Guys was worse than McDonald's!"

I love Five Youngs for the food, but I wasn’t impressed with the service. I called ahead and still had to wait a while for my order. As for the food, I would give it a perfect 5/5!

We like it because we can order burgers with cabbage wraps (to replace the bun). Too bad i forgot to take photos of the wrap.delicious burgers and hot dogs with reasonable prices. We quite like the sauce too. Quick service.

To make matters worse, our order was incorrect, and the server was distracted, texting on their phone instead of properly taking our order. If I had realized that sooner, I would have left right away. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I will not be returning. Visualizza piatti

Asked for my burger without tomato's specifically and they gave me tomato. Drink machine didn't have sprite or fanta and when I came to order their famous milkshake the lady told me they didn't have any. Burger was alright but a below average experience to say the least. 2.7 stars.

Bleh I ordered a burger and fries delivery. Burger arrived all mushed up and fries were so greasy the entire bag was discolored. The fries also flew all over the bag because nobody at 5 guys understands putting fries in a tiny paper cup works for delivery. Haven't had fast food in ages and this was a reminder why. All this for $23... Highway robbery.
