"As usual, I am so excited to dig in when my meal comes, that I forget to take photos to share. My dining experience is always the most anyone can hope for at Juniper Grill. Our waiter Jack was attentive and ensured that our experience was pleasant and flowed with ease. The Ahi Tuna Wonton: the tuna was seared perfectly and was paired nicely with cabbage spicy sauce. My only complaint was they were difficult to eat. Once you bite into it, it crumbled into little bits. My dining companion ordered the Smokehouse Platter. The meat was tender and flavor filled. I had the 8oz Filet Mignon, Medium rare. JG is one of only a few places to get that right. The chefs here know what they're doing. We didn't notice the one little hiccup once our dishes came to the table. It was addressed immediately and we were surprised there was an issue. We're forgiving people, and, it did not affect our rating of the evening. I've been to JG many times, this was my companion's first visit. We're already planning to return in the near future. Juniper Grill is worthy of every star we gave them."

"I have been coming here for a long time and its one of my favorite restaurants in Vail. However yesterday was different. The restaurant was vert full. The kept me waiting over 30 min with a reservation. They gave me my table finally after complaining 3 times. Upstairs only on server, service very slow. Food was good as always, but it took forever to come. What my surprise was it was the owner was there and he treated us not politely and forgetting who the customers are. Never forget who pays the bills."

"Our first visit. We ordered the chicken Parmigian with a side of pasta and chicken Alfredo. With our pasta dishes, we received a bowl of wedding soup and slices of Italian bread. The soup was very good. Our son ordered a medium pepperoni and it came with lots of pepperoni. He could only eat half of it. Our portions of the pasta dishes were large so we had to take it home which was fine with us. Our server, Sophia, was very friendly and helpful. She kept our drinks filled."

"I am extremely pleased with my dining experience at this restaurant. I tried the Chicago dog and Chili, and while I already knew I would enjoy the dog, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Chili was. It was just as good, if not better, than any Chili I have ever had. The restaurant also offers a nice selection of beers. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5, as was the food, atmosphere, and overall experience."

"We visited Walnut for the arts festival and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. We went to the rooftop area to eat. There was only one waitress and one bartender on duty, along with a table of eight already seated and a few other patrons. Soon, it got quite busy. I ended up having to go to the bar to get my margarita, which the waitress had ordered, and my husband’s Coke had to be brought up from the floor below, arriving flat. We waited so long for our food that we eventually left without eating. The two staff members seemed overwhelmed, and no one from the main floor came to assist. The service was terrible, and I blame the management for this. If they had better prepared for the crowds associated with the arts festival, our experience may have been much better. Unfortunately, we will not be returning."
