Fast, friendly, and attentive service, amazing food, modest prices. Definitely my favorite breakfast spot in Manteca. Breakfast burrito is out of this world! 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! The breakfast service here is fantastic. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The portions for breakfast are quite generous. My favorite item was the chicken fried steak, but honestly, everything was delicious—even the gravy! I’ll definitely make this a regular stop in our rotation; it’s worth the drive from Lodi.

I stopped by for a very late breakfast and ordered the linguica, eggs, Portuguese beans, and biscuits with gravy. While everything was pretty standard, the Portuguese beans were exceptional! I told the waitress that if I had known how delicious they were, I would have just ordered a big bowl of them. The place has a charming Ma and Pa café vibe.

Delightful Surprise! We stumbled upon Frank's after our initial breakfast choice fell through and we took an unexpected turn. The restaurant boasts ample outdoor seating, along with around nine tables inside, making it a comfortable spot for us—especially for someone my size. I never felt cramped. The menu offers a wide variety of options. I highly recommend their fluffy, golden-brown pancakes, which were larger than I anticipated. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. I recently moved to Manteca a few months ago and decided to dine at this restaurant. It's a fantastic and friendly spot! The food is excellent, and the place is very clean. My husband ordered the chorizo omelet along with biscuits and gravy, both of which were delicious. The home-style potatoes were cooked just right. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is outstanding. The atmosphere gives off a charming small-town vibe. I highly recommend you give it a try; you’ll enjoy both the food and the ambiance!

The food and service were great. It was a pleasure to walk in and instantly feel at ease. I gave it 4 stars because the fries didn't meet my expectations. They had no garlic on them, which was disappointing since I love garlic, and there was barely any cheese or bacon. The sandwich was decent but felt lacking; it fell apart quite easily and seemed like it could have used more care in preparation. However, the bacon was delicious! Overall, it's a charming little diner. Just be aware that it gets busy and closes quite early. I would recommend it, as everyone was very friendly!

I ordered the Ham Eggs, which came with three eggs, your choice of hash browns or country potatoes, and your choice of toast, pancake, or biscuit. I went with the hash browns (they were cooked perfectly) and the biscuit since they bake their biscuits fresh. I truly enjoyed my meal. The coffee was also quite good. My wife tried their breakfast burrito, which comes with your choice of hash browns or country potatoes, plus chorizo. It was huge and incredibly tasty—I even managed to sneak a bite! The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend Frank's for breakfast, and I look forward to going back to try more items on the menu. I'm definitely glad we finally made it to Frank's!
