I live in Danbury, CT and love Brewster Pastry is worth the trip and my family and I go there weekly. Really the best bakery in the Greater Danbury area.

We enjoyed a delightful gluten-free chocolate cake for our birthday celebration! This delicious cake has earned a spot in our family tradition for birthdays. We will definitely be coming back for more in the future!

Decided to give the peach cake a try after seeing signs along 22....was taken back by the price. 36 dollars for a Cake. Ended up just buying a slice. What a disappointment.. Peachs were so sour the cake was unedible . The bottom cookie level was tasteless.It might be famous but it certainly wasn't fabulous.

This French bakery serves the best authentic pastries I have ever tried! The croissants are flaky and buttery, the cookies are rich and satisfying, and the cakes are absolutely delicious. I have been a regular customer for a while now and I am always impressed by the quality of their pastries. We had a disappointing experience ordering a bacon, egg, and cheese omelette at the restaurant on 6/26/22. The employee who made it seemed inexperienced or unmotivated, resulting in a fried egg with cheese and bacon on the side instead. Additionally, my companion ordered avocado but it was simply thrown into the bowl without being sliced. Interestingly, we had a much better experience the day before at a restaurant in New Fairfield where we received exactly what we ordered - a delicious bacon, egg, and cheese omelette.

I came to Brewster Pastry when I visited Brewster, NY with my dad and son this past August 2022. I'm in the process of a way too drawn out divorce being that we had no assets to split and only custody of the kid to figure out. I'm hoping, hoping, hoping any day now I'll hear about the paperwork that was submitted on September 1 and awaiting a judge's approval and signature. Anyway when I finally hear I am actually divorced my last name is going to be Brewster. I've started using it here and there anyway.
