We tried 5 or 6 different flavors, and I highly recommend ordering online because it gives you more options.

Amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, Jean yelled at me: showed me how it all worked, where the cups were, how it's weighed out! (Amazing customer service and left nothing to chance for me, the customer . Then out came Ariel, he ended up chatting with about how he grew up in the neighborhood and knew my Gramma and her gift shop! This was like 30 years ago!!! Visualizza piatti

Great yogurt. Terrible customer service. The workers take off their masks when they aren't behind the counter but they refused to let me pay for my yogurt because my 5 year old wouldn't keep his mask on. After getting my kid to finally put it on, they told me I had to leave because I broke store policy. Basically this place is run by covid karens. Complete hypocrites and terrible people. Please do not support this business.

I am primarily rating this restaurant based on the customer service. The server working that night was wearing a pink halter top and had an inappropriate tattoo on her arm. When I paid in cash, she gave me the most unpleasant look for using it. She pointed to the spoons and told me to get one myself, and she didn’t even bother to say thank you or wish me a good night. The overall vibe she gave was extremely rude. On top of that, the frozen yogurt was unappetizing, and I found a bug in the fruit.

First and last time at this place! I went to pick up an order and didn't have my mask on so the cashier didn't want to give me the order.. I went back to my car i cover my face with a t shirt because I couldn't find my mask and she still didn't want to give the order. I kindly ask her for a mask and then she started to yell at me in front of their costumer and told me to walk out of the store! I feel so humiliated from this lady. I don't think the show was needed. Also there was a lot of people without mask in the store so it makes me think she just wanted to put all her frustration on me! I understand all the measures restaurants are taking because of Covid but there's no reason to act like... Visualizza piatti
