"This is my favorite coffee shop in western NE! I was in Chadron from Alliance and walked in at 1:05 PM. I saw on the door, because of the Fourth of July, they were closing at one. I was bummed because I had been looking forward to their coffee all day. Falcon decided to make our drinks, even though they were closed. Super customer service. They put the customer first!"

"A good restaurant, not too busy when we visited on a Sunday. A place where we felt good despite everything. A very nice waitress. A pleasant welcome. Good and plentiful dishes. Note the particularly successful cooking of the steak in the Burger. Not too dry, just what was needed. Very good value for money. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"I see that there are a lot of negative reviews for this McDonald's however for my experience I've only had good times here. I drive for a living so I get to experience a lot of fast food restaurants and of all the McDonald's I have been to this one has been the best time and time again. All the staff at this McDonald's is extremely friendly with one another and the customers. And the food each time that I have eaten here has been fresh and treated well. It seems to me like the staff here actually cares. They keep the restaurant clean and keep people going around cleaning it all day long. I have not had any complaints with the food so far. And all the staff has just been nice as can be. Something else to note is that they still have the soda machine for you to get your own soda, they have a ketchup dispenser which a lot of the restaurants have gone away from now. And then on top of that they still give you a number triangle to take it to your seat and they bring the food out to you."

"This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever visited. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to leave without even reaching the window. I went to another place, placed my order, and came back to see the car in front of me still at the window. This location is incredibly slow, and I've experienced faster service at other restaurants. Living in a small town, I've unfortunately been here a few times due to limited options, and about 50% of my orders have been wrong. Tonight is officially the last time I'll waste my time here. Additionally, the drive-thru needs improvement; the order taker can never seem to hear me correctly. My iced tea always ends up sounding like Hi-C. After 30 minutes and being the third car in line, I drove away. It's just Arby's—how can it take this long? I've been to In-N-Out with 20 cars ahead of me and got my order faster than here. I know it sounds silly to complain this much, but seriously, this Arby's is the worst I've ever encountered."
