"Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Upon entering, there was no one to assist walk-in customers. I waited 15 minutes before anyone finally acknowledged my presence. The servers barely looked my way and didn't even make an effort to ask if I needed help. I'm definitely not coming back to this location. It was shocking to see the employees arguing with each other as well! To top it off, six other customers left in frustration while I waited. I finally received my order after an hour and 20 minutes. Honestly, Taco Bell provides better service!"

I'd recommend not asking for extra sour cream on the side for your nachos because they just smear it all over the top instead. We couldn't enjoy our nachos at all since they became too soggy to eat.

This was my first experience at Fuji's, and it will probably be my last. As for the service, we walked in and saw a sign that indicated "self-seating," so my girlfriend and I chose a table and took a seat.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! The sushi is the best I've ever tasted! The service is outstanding—quick and friendly! There are plenty of options to choose from, and it's very accommodating for kids as well!

We love this place and it seems that all our birthday memories end up at Fujis (not confused with the chain!!!!! The sushi is always delicious and the non-sushi people love the grill. Our children love Nathan, he really practises his craft and always makes her laugh and makes delicious food.

We had a pleasant experience at this restaurant, but we found the seating uncomfortable and the flavors of the dishes a bit lacking. Because of these issues, we’ll probably look for other dining options in the future. Although the food was beautifully presented, we ultimately felt that it was too pricey for what we received. I just wish the taste had lived up to the presentation.
